Last 2 packages I received came Hong Kong Post — came in a bag that was tattered and scraped and punctured, containing a mangled, crushed white cardboard box, around a fortunately not fragile flashlight that was OK.

An earlier order WW1407300751191470 — still “Processing” after 2 weeks — worries me: it’s a plastic “power bank” box and if it gets the same stomp-and-crush treatment it will be destroyed in transit.

Please wrap things in several layers of bubble wrap before putting them in an envelope.

Over a month now, still don’t have my AAA stainless from GB, my bet is they forget to send it :frowning:

SG post: sitting at 27days and counting for XINTD X3

So NL post is definitely the winner for me as I have had order from the US take longer than 13days to reach me…. :wink:

I say just step up to DHL. I love DHL, HK to USA in under 4 days :slight_smile:

The rest of the shipping methods just suck, not consistent, lose 1/2 the items, damage them in transit, etc……

I wont purchase from overseas anymore mainly due to the shipping. Its not thatb I have an issue with the suppliers, I just dont want to deal with them when the package is lost or damaged.

BTW still waiting on my SS flashlight. Received a few PMs from you guys asking for my tracking number but ive been told many times that the HK# I got was just a reference number so I have nothing to give you guys and you have nothing to update me on……its a waiting game until 45 days come and then its paypal claim time. Unless you want to send another one now, then there is nothing you can do to help us outn

I agree with this, i would love a reliable shipping method.

Sitting at 26 days now on current order. First order from you. Seems like every CN order except those from FastTech takes ~6 weeks which is right up against pay pals dispute window. I have only had to file one dispute because of this and did receive the package and subsequently cancelled the dispute. From what I’ve seen in tracking the delay is mostly right after shippers receive a package and it sits for 2-3 weeks in a transit hub in the Far East.

Thanks for your suggestion there, our website have already offered our users to choose DHL also but it must need an extra payment for shipping, the other ordinary post are included in our free shipping.
Sorry for your issue and since you didn’t reply the PM, I would answer you here that the orders under $40 will not generate a tracking number by courier’s system, without the tracking number we can’t check the tracking infos for you, if you want us to reship another one I could only suggest you to make a request for another one when you still not receive the pack in 45 days (starting count at the shipping date).

Can you clarify your meaning of shipped? Does this mean the goods are physically in the hands of the postal service and all necessary documents and fees already provided and paid? Or it means thepostal office was just provided info of a parcel for pickup but the actual goods are still with you?

This is your problem, you have told me roughly 10 times that under blah blah blah doesnt have a tracking number. I get it. However you keep asking me for my tracking number in orddrr to help. IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT I DONT HAVE ONE, ive said this many times. Not sure if you are having a hard time with the language difference, you have multiple people using that account or are just repeating yourself like a parrot. Either way it doesnt make your company seem like they know what they are doing.

Also yes i know you have DhL but its ridiculously priced. Oirc its like $40 and no one will use that. If you dont have a reliable shipping method then you will lose all yoir customers. Might want to contact DHL and set up better pricing or you can kiss your customers good bye. We are all sick of horrible foreign shipping and moving towards paying more money tp get stuff in the courtry which we live in.

“Shipped” means the products be packed and be truly passed to the postal office, all necessary documents and fees already provided and paid, and the postal office certainly received the package. We’ve never made the fake shipping and will never make the fake shipping. For some feedbacks about not long before some of our users can’t get the tracking infos for about 1 week time after we shipped, we have communicated with the postal office and their reply was that time there are some bugs in their system so a part of the users couldn’t check after shipped. We were sure that all the packs shipped during that time have been received by postal office, it was said because of the bugs of their system the packs during that time have overstocked in the postal office.
