GearBest shipping issues survey in BLF

Netherland Post was the quickest for me, around 2 weeks on 2 different orders of XinTD X3 lights.

Still don’t have it

It’s my first time to order with you and it hasn’t been the best experience. I ordered the brass C8 pill along with HKJ’s recommended power bank . I didn’t realise that you guys had split my order and I have received my C8 in about 14 days of you shipping it. I was never informed of the order being shipped at different times. Now, the tracking number provided simply does not work. The power bank has not arrived and I am afraid that it won’t come here in time as I am flying out on Friday.

My order arrived in just under a month last week. It was a brass C8 pill. Perfect fit in my Convoy.

Edit- the wire holes are off center, but they are also off in the original alu pill.

got three parcels last week (all Netherland post)

took them 9 / 10 / 9 days from shippng

one item was shipped the same day i ordered
the other two about 5 days after payment (but i was informed that they have to restock)

I just registered to comment on how horrible gearbest’s chipping to the USA is. I ordered around 5 weeks ago, took 2 weeks to “ship.”

No way have they shipped my package. 15-45 days? Is that a joke. What sort of carrier takes 45 days to get somewhere besides the fucking Pony Express? Are they delivering my package on foot or something.

This company is a joke.

I finally gave up on your shipping and filed a Paypal dispute. That was a while ago, I think we’re at almost the 2 month mark now.

How it can take 2 months to get to Hong Kong is beyond me. Or why you charged me $5 to ship the replacement with tracking when you usually charge $2 for tracking.

How can you call a complaining customer “dear”? Just shows how insensitive CSgearbest is to their customer’s complaints. Regardless if this was a single person’s honest mistake or GB’s standard reply template, it does not come across right.

Uruguay too. With tracking NL and Swiss. NL a month or less, CH about 40 days.

Five orders, two were canceled by Gearbest.

Takes too long entering usernames into their generic apologie responses. I won’t be dealing with this company again.

order was placed on 09/12/2014 and it is STILL in processing stage. They still claim that the item is in stock even though they did NOT ship my item yet.

After I asked them to upgrade the shipping method to compensate for the delay caused from their side, they are asking me to pay $11 extra to ship with DHL.

As of writing this, 14 days after order is placed and GearBest still did not ship the item.

I’ve placed many orders through gearbest and they have all arrived relatively promptly (10-30 days). They are easily one of my preferred sellers from Asia.

Made an order last night for the new battery carrier.. and today saw they had a coupon for it.. So I asked them to cancel my order, and within 2 hours or so, I got a refund.. Great service.. even on a weekend.

I am glad I came across this thread. I ordered an Yezl Y-3 light from GearBest on 8/21/14, and it shipped 8/23 by Hong Kong Post. I received it OK (box a little crushed but no damage) three weeks ago.

I ordered 2 Y-3 extension tubes the next day on 8/22, and it shipped by Sing Post on 8/26. I have still not received the tubes and now am starting to get worried.

I hope this experience helps your company. Do you think this extension tube order is lost after over 30 days? That is too long to USA. I will PM you.
