@bugsy36 - I didnt comment in the X6 thread. Its a huge collaborative effort meant to bring a good amount of fun and enjoyment to several hundred enthusiasts for a few cheap dollars. I think its a great idea that has generated a lot of enthusiasm and well within the budget of anyone who is interested.

Given the proven history and propensity of failure through this vendor and the comments of paypal supervisors viewing statistical data, it would probably be prudent to go into the purchase armed with as much information as possible and set your expectations accordingly. Naivety creates disappointment and false expectations. A proven track record of hits and misses gives us realistic information on what to anticipate. Of course we would like to see all of our transactions go smoothly, and know that the ones that dont will be dealt with swiftly and professionally. Lets hope this all works out for the best. If not, the paypal dispute process should protect the buyer as long as they follow the guidelines. Fingers crossed and good luck to all. My confidence level wouldnt allow me to purchase more than one, and I only did so because it is a BLF special addition not available through another vendor. Its also junk change in the great scheme of things, but junk change that will be protected if and when necessary.

Have ordered 6 or 7 times from bangood and have had no problems, always arrives in about 15 to 20 days.Latest order of solar storm T4 arrived today in record time 12 days from order date to Qld, Australia.

They say they have in stock when it is not.
They say that the order was sent one day and then, when delivery is delayed and is claimed, they say the order was shipped several days later than originally told.

They are not reliable.

Avoid.

Based on my experience so far, 35 orders and 800$+

Good prices, deals, communication, shipping, customer support. Neal have been very helpful, and also listened to product requests and such. All good so far based on my experience. My main source for batteries these days. Lots of good flashlight deals and such too.

Very happy with Banggood, nice products good price, CS always been responsive.

My k40m was ordered last Friday and it was delivered yesterday, so from China to UK in 8 days
And I’ve had a few more come that quick to

I’m remotely happy with BG, their main problem is long delivery time. Only once it took less than a month, but usually it takes about 2 months, tracked or not. Currently I’m waiting for Acebeam K40M which I ordered 2 weeks before BLF group buy and it’s still in a middle of nowhere.

Same :D

Received some EVVA batteries after 10 days, not Brad at all!

Has anyone from USA gotten batteries from them within 2 weeks recently?

I heard some folks had problems with them and wasn’t looking forward to dealing with them. Long story short I ended up buying a Lumintop Tool, great price, shipping was average, and customer service was great. I recommend.

I really like banggood.
I think it’s my favorite site to order from.
Items arrive pretty quick. Latest orders a bit slower than it used to be, but then again, it used to be my packages most of the time arrived 7-8 days after ordering. Lately it’s more in the range of 10-14 days but that’s still very good coming from china.

Don’t have much failure with them, but the times an order did fail they always came with a good and honest solution.
A while back with the roche F6 with charger head it took a while to get everything sorted out, but also a lot was out of their control and in the end got resolved very satisfying.

Just recently I ordered an ide/sata to usb converter that was not working. Gave them a video showing it was not working and without silly excuses or requiring to send it back at very expensive costs they immediatly arranged a reshipment. That also arrived pretty fast and is working perfect.

So for me banggood is really good!

My favourite site too!

Incredibly fast shipping.
Good selection of products.
Excellent prices.
They ship batteries, which is a big plus.

I get the items from 7 days up to 20 days maximum. All the other Chinese sites take from 4 to 10 weeks. It is a thing i really don’t understand how can this be.
All their product appeared to be genuine.
Never had a bad experience, so i cannot tell about their CS.

Keep it this way

Problem!
I ordered Olight i3s on december 17 and It is still not here :frowning:
I also ordered some stuff on december 27 -> received that and on december 30 -> this I also received but no Olight.
What to do, BG is just repeating “wait a bit more”…

Edit: how this story ends: BG refunded me for i3s which is gareth from their side but I would still rather have the light than cash I paid for it (~16$ with discount)…

My first experience didn’t go smoothly but they made good in the end. Second time, ordered Jan 9 and received today Jan 27.

How long does the paypal protection last this days? I heard they expanded that from 45 days to 180 days, or something like that.
Does that mean I can open a dispute after, let say 90 days? (I ask because I had one ebay order from november that was not delivered
and I thought I still have time to open a dispute but no, that option is not available past 45 days and I can only contact seller by sending
him a message!!!)
Because I contacted BG again and they just repeated themselves “Could you please wait a few more days? Due to the custom and the
wheather, your parcel may be still on the way.” although I received several orders that I made after…

Depends on your country. For mine has not changed, they are still 45 days…

In addition to the website spinning and getting stuck one of the codes (ok the code in the banner ad for headlamps) was rejected as expired although they are still running the banner ad?

How do you pay for tracking from BangGood?

I paid extra for Priority shipping - still no tracking and the order took over 60 days.

I paid extra for “Air Parcel Register” and I still didn’t get tracking… Not happy about it.

register=tracking
check your emails from them and your order list from their site
