Looking for new charger

I am looking for a new charger on a budget that has to be as versatile as possible with a euro/carplug.

Is it or are there better options? The above charger only can’t charge 10180 I think.

I4 v2 if you want it a simple charger for most batteries, xtar mc1 if you want small and cheap for lithium only, or a b6 hobby charger or similar clone to do everything for just a bit more than an i4
