GearBest shipping issues survey in BLF

Hi TheGloriousTachikoma,

Thanks for your kindly understanding and supporting!

Regards,
May.

This is confusing, so can NL post deliver lithium-ion batteries or not? I’m planing on getting some, and when I add them to my cart these are the shipping options:

According to the first quote, there shouldn’t be a “Netherlands Post” option. According to another, there shouldn’t be “HongKong Post” and “SingPost” options.
So which one should I choose?

Hi xelario,

I’m sorry to make you confused, in fact, the battery product must be shipped with the tracking number (because of the requirement of the the courier , or they will not accept our battery product orders. please kindly understand). Because syetems problem ( we now are trying to improve it), when you order a battery product, please just choose the “Auto(free)” , and pay the tracking fees, if your order isn’t over $40, then our system will match the shipping method to ship the battery! (In fact it will be shipped via NL post of the tracking number, ps: NL post and the NL post with the tracking number are different.)

Regards,
GearBest.

Thanks for clarifying that for me. I will wait patiently now for my order. IMHO, this thread is a great way to catch up on customer service and gain trust, as long as the issues are resolved well here. I applaud your effort. :star:

My order shows shipped unregistered even though I'm sure tracking was checked when I ordered (W1409241757278338).

Your Holiday did not start for another week and still this order is dormant.
Items listed as in stock.
I paid for tracking and NL post.

Hard for it to get here fast when it never even left your facility.
I will PM order #
Thanks

Muto - That may not be GearBest. NL Post's tracking system sucks. Go to their website (postnl.com) and check there OR google the tracking number and see what USPS says. My charger according NL is still in China where USPS says it left New York.

No tracking given because it has not left the “Barn”.

When GearBest is good, they are great, when they are not……….well, then they become like the rest of the pack.
I hear ya about the different tracking services though. May Favorite is when it still says “waiting for shipping origin” and I have it in my hand.

I asked them how long it usually take for them to ship out the item. They said 2 - 4 weeks until they post the item. Because it been a 3 day holiday for them. It may take them an extra 2 weeks to post the item. So anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. It’s been 2 weeks already. So all I can do is just LOL to myself

Hi DavidEF, thanks for your kindly words and supporting!

Hi Gj, Sorry about this issue, I have checked it for you, more information, please check your private message!

Hi Muto and Box, your issues are a little special, I have new updating information for you, please check your private message! And beg your kindly forgiveness, if we have bothered you!

My Nightcore headlamp shipped on October 3rd, any estimates on when that will reach California?

The reason I ask is that it doesn’t have tracking and I will delay a trip if the estimates are not too bad.

Any chance it could be here by the next two weeks?

Totally agreed. My tracking number is invalid if you track from their site.

My tracking number was invalid until about 18 hours ago. It has been three weeks since I placed the order, two since the tracking number was generated, but it is now on its way. I just made another purchase, we’ll see if the absence of a li-ion changes things. IIRC, the Opus 3100 I first bought arrived in roughly two weeks.

Hi brad, it depends on which shipping method you have, if you want know more information, please refer to http://www.gearbest.com/about/shipping-methods.html.

It says 6 to 14 days for free shipping to the U.S. so there is a chance that I might get it before I have to leave.

I hope I luck out, I’m looking forward to trying it out on my trip.

My tracking number, as of this morning, is showing

What does that mean? I ordered this light on the 23rd of last month.

I am in the same condition for a flashlight bought September 22…

But the most scared thing is that for another order, Ned. Post tracking said: country of destination:
06-10-2014 11:01 The item has been delivered successfully SPAIN
06-10-2014 08:56 The item is at the local delivery office
30-09-2014 14:54 The item has arrived in the country of destination
30-09-2014 07:44 The item is on transport to the country of destination
29-09-2014 18:39 The item is at the PostNL sorting center
24-09-2014 07:46 The item is pre-advised

On 17track give me the same, “We are glad to inform you, Your package was delivered successfully” but I don’t live in Spain…

What???

ordered a light on 12.9.
shipped with DHL express 14.9.
cleared at customs 2.10.
arrived in Austria 6.10.

I’m in a similar situation. I ordered a powerbank on 19th September. I checked the NL post tracking the other day, and found that it had been apparently delivered. Like you, it shows a Spanish destination (not UK). I asked GB about this and got a strange reply;

“We are been told that some tracking numbers are the same as the other carrier company’s these days.
The carrier who sent your package will provide you a new track number .
Please wait for another week and contact with us.
We will give you a new one.”

Not sure I quite understand what is going on here.
