Well, my experience of them is just like that, although I did get a couple of replies but ultimately they ignored me altogether.
I wasn’t buying a light though, just trying to get parts for one they sold me 7 months earlier.
For what it is worth...
Most of the Chinese vendors do not have any people with technical savvy. Your best bet for things like questions and parts are:
- Mountain
- Illuminations
- Simon
- Banggood
- and one other that always escapes me (age thing)
