GearBest shipping issues survey in BLF

I’m in a similar situation. I ordered a powerbank on 19th September. I checked the NL post tracking the other day, and found that it had been apparently delivered. Like you, it shows a Spanish destination (not UK). I asked GB about this and got a strange reply;

“We are been told that some tracking numbers are the same as the other carrier company’s these days.
The carrier who sent your package will provide you a new track number .
Please wait for another week and contact with us.
We will give you a new one.”

Not sure I quite understand what is going on here.

Why can't you people cooperate and move to Spain? I hear the ham is great!

CS said there's a bug in their system. I had auto select chipping with tracking, but the system used HK Post which automatically removes tracking. :Sp

I'll try to delay ordering again until they post that it's been fixed since I specifically added more to my order to get the free tracking.

NL Post doesn't update tracking often, if at all. It may indicate your package is in the Netherlands while you're holding it in your hands.

Makes Perfect sense now, paid for it the 9th of September, sent out the 17th of September, with useless tracking number, and it’s the 7th of October, glad I really didn’t NEED a battery charger?

Perhaps the tracking number uploaders had a two-week vacation, haha. Like in the opus group buy, oftentimes the parcels ‘just pop up like a rabbit’.
(and pray the rabbit won’t lose its way)

Even expedited shipping seem slow... You ordered batteries together with it?

Recently about the issues of delaying to ship or delaying to update the information mostly are because of the two following reasons:

1. Shenzhen Customs checked and impounded the parcels;
2. China’s National Day, most of the companies are on holidays from 1th October to 5th October.

I’ve placed a bunch of orders in the last few months. Delivery times have been acceptable at 3-4 weeks. Other sellers are getting stuff to me much faster, but GB has a bigger product catalog and they usually beat any other seller on price soundly.

So on some of these items I don’t mind waiting. They haven’t made a mistake on any of my orders, either, and I’ve been pleased with all my items. While I’ve never approved of some of their early antics on this board, they have been a pretty solid seller for me. But yeah, it would be nice if they were a little faster. I just got that $9.99 XM-L2 flashlight yesterday and I’m impressed with the quality of it and the tight hot spot.

placed an order on 26th Sept, the item claimed to be in stock.
On my account it says ‘shipped’ also says ‘processing’ and NL registered post says ‘Pending’

Has it been sent or is it normal to sit on an order for almost 2weeks?

That link gives me an estimation of 7-14 days to the US. A conflicting “ESTIMATED” time of 7-25 is given when choosing a shipping method when ordering!

Perhaps we should add the two and the estimation would more realistically be 14-39 days. Just sayin.

Remember the commercials for Energizer batteries, where they have the toy rabbit, beating a drum? They say “Nothing outlasts an Energizer.” Well, now I know what they mean! This time of “nothing” while I wait on a tracking system that is not tracking anything at all, (another “nothing”) really does seem to keep going, and going, and going, and…

Gave up on receiving my third extension for my Yezl Y3 and ordered another. Not worth the frustration of a PayPal dispute for $2.99.

I am a bit jealous …my 5 extension tubes are somewhere in Spain… :_(

Good news, now the impound issues are gone, but your order will be effected by our National Day, China companies are on

3-7 holidays since 1th October, sorry this time make you wait so long, beg your kindly understand.

As for the shipping days, it means “business days”(Monday to Friday, not including the Holidays and Festivals)

of the link that I have shown you, and it is counted from the shipping day which we send it to the post office.

What I’d like to know is… Just how long does Gearbest take to ship out an order?
I ordered something on the 2nd October and my order is “still processing” as of today, 9th Oct.

If it’s shipped out under 2 weeks you are lucky. They say 2 to 4 weeks.
I kinda feel sorry for CSgearbest. Always having to apologise for gearbest.
He/she is always nice and polite. Always replying quickly. Too bad the store sucks
