I read that the neutral on this light actually has more output! Saw a price of $59 somewhere in case someone was wondering.
How about a GOOD neutral tint instead of some crappy default like the 3C that came with the minis ..in my opinion the tints sucked on that model and ruined it .
How about a nice 4c tint
Would be keen for a 5B1 tint. Have one in my XinTD C8 and its awesome!
I like the multi-battery usage in this light. a good Neutral white would be great, even have it come with a Nichia 219B instead of the Cree LED, or if it has to be a Cree then likely a 4C tint.
I don't like the 5B1 but I'll take a 5c :P
a Nichia would be cool too

I'm probably in either way, but will you be able to get custom programming for a lower moonlight mode? A great moonlight mode is what I love about the BLF A8 you got for us.

Lumintop can make the moonlight at 0.8lm. can't remember the number for BLF A8

Come on Rey, nobody here will accept an old gen XM-L anymore, the gen2 has been on the market for two years now and even the crappiest dx-light comes with gen2 leds.
For instance, I will only be in if the leds will be gen2 and neutral and 80CRI.
Reverse polarity protection should be added, else the driver is fried with wrong insertion of batteries, which is what often happens with current version
The moon must be just a few mA, 3mA at the most
Also it would be great if the mcu would be tiny 13a so that we can mod the code.
Will the reflector be SMO or OP?
