lol. Funny thing is that the package did come with a genuine tracking number. Who knows, maybe someone wanted to clear a load of work before the Chinese holidays.
I did open a ticket at GB last week about the tracking number that showed the package had apparently arrived (at it’s Spanish destination, I guess). I was told the usual “please check with your local Post Office”. I was going to update GB just now, but that ticket has disappeared.
Because recently we have a bug with our system that results in the tracking number problem( now it has been right), if this problem has happened to you, please PM me with your order number. And really sorry it bothers you, beg your forgiveness.
I had a strange email from GB this morning, telling me my Floureon usb powerbank had shipped “today”, and giving me the tracking number. Er, that will be the package I received on Monday, I guess?
Still, good that they did let me know the correct tracking number, but using their standard form isn’t that clever. Obviously the wrong tracking number episode has been resolved.
Finally my Yezl Y3 + 5 extension tubes come at my door!
It took 25 days, not so bad. The only mistake with my order was the second tracking for extension tubes, delivered to Spain. It was not my, because they come into the same pack of the flashlight!
update on shipping, ordered my Jacob a60 on the 27th of september and received it 14th of october. payed for the NL postage and it payed off. more than 2 weeks faster than normal delivery times.
I just received my flashlight order in good condition yesterday. If you take into consideration the Customs issue in China, as well as the National Holiday, my overall shipping time wasn’t so bad. Tracking could have been a little better operated, but did finally work. I’m not impressed, but I’m not unhappy either. The light is in good condition and works well. Overall, I’d give my shipping experience a 3.5 stars out of 5.
I think it first needs some time to send to the NL, and then you will be able to start tracking your parcel.. at least that what happens to my Singapore/Malaysian/Sweden post parcels from China.
