I have switched over to BG as my main source now. My patient limit for online purchase is about 45 days .
Its a shame that it has come to this with batteries from FT as they had some of the best prices. I have only had one shipment out of 5 get through in about the last eight months and hopefully the one on the water now gets through. Its been six weeks to now so far.
Otanacious:I’m more interested in what laptop packs those will come in!
My guess is that they’ll be in 8-cell packs rated ~90-95Wh, or 6 cell packs rated ~70Wh. I kind of doubt they’d put them in 100Wh 9 cell packs.
Time to start scouting the Best Buys and Fry's to see what current gen notebooks that might house these beasts.
Serville:Be ready for a 3-5 month wait.
I see more people screaming in FT forum in my crystall ball.My Samsung INR18650-29Es from Fastech has been in transit for 78 days. At least I feel reassured knowing that some got their batteries after 5 months. :~
I got them last friday, ordered 5/23
The pair of King Kongs I ordered from FT on the 13th of August arrived this morning,so just over 2 months to Europe. .By sea,Europe is about as far from China as you can get.I did not expect it to get here any quicker.
I ordered 6x Samsung 25R cells the middle of July. got them yesterday in the US.
wow.. pretty crazy...
I ordered 1 battery at GB and 1 battery at BG, hopefully they will arrive faster than that.
this looks like a nice simple and cheap Titanium light.. although the description doesnt say its Titanium
and pity its a 16340 lights .
What makes you think its Ti (other than the name)? It lists “Al alloy”. I think they just called it that cause its a clone. I do like it tho and it looks like it can be fitted with a metal tail button, plus the centering ring is the good kind but at $30 it’s to much for what you get.
Reminds me Palight V5, it has some similarities in body design, same led spacer, same weird mode order - turbo stuck between blinkies.

If others got their batteries after five months then I think we’ll all get our orders in due time.

Oh that’s good to know!
If my calculations are correct, it arrived after 149 days. A day more and it would have took exactly 150 days or five months.
So I guess the best thing to do is buy way ahead if you perceive that you’ll need these cells five months after. :~
Has anyone logged in to Fasttech recently? There’s a security check and I cant go through.
In a 150 days, the product is already a generation behind!

I had some batteries arrive last week 34 days after shipping via their surface mail option
The batteries I ordered on 29th June arrived 20th August. Shipped surface mail, so not too bad in the circumstances.
Nice idea for a thread ChibiM. (where’s the thumbs up emoticon)?
Something that looks like a flashlight
cost $74
and looks like this:
car camcorder??? maybe this will replace your high beams? or windscreen wipers?

My INR18650-29Es arrived this morning - after 85 days. So its not 5 months to the Philippines after all.
1*18650 XP-G light w/ multi-tool
