New 4XP Noctigon MCPCB for quad optic

Bought one of the Q0 bin MT-G2 to try in my M2 host from the group buy thread!

I saw some new "UV 365nm" on noctigons... never had any.. so I wonder if I miss out on something.

2B is great tint for normal use, DIY-ers who want to keep the LED as manufactured, but for dedomers the cooler 1D tint XP-G2 S2 should provide a better solution and still have the S2 brightness.

That’s awesome Hank. I was actually just looking to get another XP-G2 for De-doming so this is perfect timing!

Tim

those are bad news :frowning:

P.S. Could you tell me how would this new UV 365nm led you offer work in C8 flashlight and how much throw could I expect in that setup?
Thanks

It can be installed in C8, but please do not expect long throw as it’s only driven by 0.7A.

I never had UV light so I do not know what throw can be expected, at 0,7A or any other current (maybe it can be overdriven at 1A), 10 meters ? 100 meters? IDK!

10m is a reasonable throw for the UV light.

10 meters! :open_mouth: must admit I am dissapointed, not worth 16$ for emitter only :frowning:

:) For so many uses of UV lights, you want a thrower 365nm UV?
I want to get some 280nm for germicidal purposes, 365nm will now cut it, yeah sure under 400nm but still.

IOS as a rule tell you on the webpage if theres shipping fees involved. If its not free shipping they usually have the amount needed to buy for free shipping or it can be purchased with something else that has free shipping to get free shipping. In this case it is free shipping.

WOW..

V6 and 3D. That seems pretty epic!

Would be interesting to know how many amps these were capable of, and to get an idea of the Vf. Is that something you could test for us? 0:)

That could potentially make me buy more.. ^^

Without prejudice but to get comparable results I believe you should be the one testing RaceR86. Over to you Hank.

@Hank: any luck finding green XP-E2 leds?

Are you going to be stocking the XP-G2 S3 bin in 1C that came out? Saw them at Cutter electronics

We prefer not to stock 1C tint. There are other tints which came out but were even greener than 1C.

We have just added the latest neutral white XP-G2 S3 3C from CREE.
Kelvin: 4750K-5000K

For some time we also have the XM-L2 U2 3C. Yes, your old XM-L2 T6 3C now comes in U2 upgrade.

Hank, is it possible to order the XP-G2 S3 3C in your P60 dropin CUXP2 with 4 Modes (firefly) and SMO reflector?
If yes, i’ll order right now!!

Yes, just updated the site:
