Andrew & Amanda???

Yup that’s who I was thinking of. I ordered something from Aimkon, and years later I got an email from Andrew and Amanda….didn’t care for that. But Aimkon didn’t do me bad and have read others say the same.

Aimkon sometimes has good deals, they have a 30 (or was it 40%) off on Olight IIRC

So, what’s Aimkon? That’s unknown to me as well.

Thanks, Alex, I found the websites. I can use the search feature, you know.

Funny how they are exactly the same. I guess what made me hesitant is that the grammar and language seemed off. Sort of like when reading descriptions from overseas. Then, all I could find about their location was that they ship from the west coast. It made me think they were a front for a Chinese seller. Which, like I said, I don’t have a problem with, other than I like to make an informed decision.

So, aside from them being a little cheeky with your email address, the CS seems pretty good, I guess. Thanks, guys.

Looks like I’ll be getting a new EagleTac soon.

I’ve used their Amazon store several times. It’s fulfilled through Amazon so I get everything in 2 days with easy returns. If a product that Amazon fulfills is DOA, they give me a month to ship it back and a replacement within 2 days— sometimes even 1 day shipping. If it ships directly from the seller then you have to take your chance with that seller. So I figure if Amazon is fulfilling it, then it’s pretty much the same as buying it from them.

But see: Amazon - Google Search“commingled+inventory”“WSJ”

Just ordered an SC600 Mk 2 from them. They had best price available. Amazon did indeed handle the order and I’ve dealt with Amazon and 3rd party before. Shipping seems legit. I’ll let you know if problem.

purchased many things from him. Very nice experience every time. He has been generous, throwing in extra cells, honoring price mistakes, etc, and very fast shipping. Always has a holiday sale. Very solid and trustworthy. Get on his e-mail list for sales and coupon codes.

I did. I don’t think it matters much in practice. If I order an EagleTac D25A, I get an EagleTac D25A. If they make a mistake, like I order a custom one and they send me a stock one, or I order a titanium one and they send me aluminum, it doesn’t really matter to me the customer, because my beef at that point is with Amazon, and it’s they who send me another one. And if they don’t have whatever I ordered, they issue me a prompt refund. Hundreds of orders and I haven’t had a bad experience. A couple DOAs with quick returns—that’s about it.

After a quick browse, prices seems a bit high comparing to other sites I usually buy from.

Just used their “Name a Price” feature. Got a great deal on a Nitecore EA21. New double A flashlight. They got them in stock.

I purchased a Nitecore TM26 3800lms with a NBP52 and 4A turbo charger for only $320. Their make an offer feature is super competitive. Andrew & Amanda’s has good customer service and Andrew is really nice to work with. Good luck.

Bought several Olights from their ebay store, excellent seller, lightning fast ship, received my order in 3 days

i purchased many times from them but… I have only tried to deal with their customer service twice. absolutely the worst ever. i wont buy from them again. everything is wonderful when they take your money but problems are another story.

I found their customer service to be EXCELLENT. Andrew went above what I expected on my only issue.

I have had good experiences with their customer service. No problems at all.

This concerns me. Can you please tell us what happened (or didnt happen)?

I do not want to start some big debate here. the very simple fact that I had a very minor problem with a new tm26. it had a defective spring that probable costs about $1. instead of sending me a spring or even selling it to me. they insisted that I ship the entire light back (at my cost) at which time they would send it to china for repair. turn around time up to 2 months. BTW. the spring just drops into the light. no soldering ect. they would not even exchange the battery tube at my cost. they do not sell parts. so?? I should live without my new light for months at added expense just because they wanted to make the return so unpleasant that I would not return it. I took the light to a local electronic repair shop. they fixed it in 5 minutes.
I have purchased many lights from them in the past. this was very bad customer service. they lost me as a customer as did nitecore.

I’ve bought lights and batteries from them on several occasions and have never had any problems. I highly recommend them.
