They have the best service hands down. I had a problem with my Nitecore EA4's switch boot cracking after a few months of light use. I called Craig and he took care of the problem. I sent it back, and since I didn't want a replacement that would have eventually cracked again, he gave me full credit towards a Sunwayman D40A which I'm thrilled with. BTW, I've purchased several flashlights and batteries from them and it's never taken more than 2 days to get to my house on Long island.
Edit: The reason Craig agreed to upgrade me was at the time Nitecore didn't have a fix for the cracking switch boots.
They’re the first place I check when buying a flashlight, and I don’t mind to pay a bit extra if necessary cause their service and support is the best. Highly recommended!
When I called last week they said they were back up. Still haven’t heard about my order being shipped. Hopefully they process back logged black friday stuff soon.

I’m sure everyone’s review of their service is spot on but waiting since 11/28/2014 for some backordered items to fill kinda took the thunder from my Christmas gift giving.
