That page still shows 19 units, so I don’t think it’s updating.
I tried to complete an order 10/31, repeatedly; got browser freezes and crashes at the point of confirming PayPal to pay.
Web page now shows I have three unpaid orders and one unconfirmed order — multiple duplicates.
I used their “Online Services” address “Order@dd4.com” asking them to cancel the duplicate orders, giving them the order numbers. Waiting on a response.
The web page says zero messages, so apparently that’s separate from the email address.
Their message system defaults to sending a message to — me?! — and doesn’t give a userid for customer service messages.
Oh, when I click on the “unconfirmed order” a new window opens up that says:
“Order Shipped
Confirm Order”
so I’m guessing that ‘Confirm’ means they want confirmation of delivery — I’ll wait and see.
“Dear Manx,
Store Aurabuy has shipped your order # 1430218433, please track your order laterfor delivery updates.
Tracking Number:….
Please click following link for order details”
But the link do not work…
I am getting a bad feeling this is just a scam, they sent me an email After saying they had shipped the items with the bogus tracking # and it said;
Dear Mr xxxxx,
We are sorry to notice you that your order #xxxxxxxxxx provide a wrong phone number.
It may get inconvenience to you if your order arrive in time.
Please provide the correct phone number to cs@dd4.com with your order number.
Thanks for your consideration.

My correct phone # is clearly entered on the order, so no need for this email.
Also I got a China based phone call on that same # yesterday, did not answer it and they left no voicemail.
Google search shows the number as a possible spoof # used for telemarketing.
Anyway, now with Paypal going to 6 mos delivery, where does this leave us to file dispute. After how many days now?
Thanks,
Keith
And for me my order is for quite a bit more than $6, let’s just say I ordered a few.
I know Paypal will eventually refund my money, just a question of how long that will take.
But, hey who knows, maybe it is a legit sale, that is why I had to try.
Later,
Keith
Friggin Unbelievable just shipped on Monday arrived 3 days!
Got my two JacobA60 flashlights via FedEx today (in a DHL wrapper)! Total of charge to CC was $11.35 shipping included. Just did a double check on my CC. I did not check any special shipping. Holy Sh-t… never ever had any seller drop the ball in my favor when it comes to shipping. DD4.com/Aurabuy can’t run a business this way for long.
Maybe there is hope for me yet.
Thanks for the update.
If you get a chance see if there is paste or paper under the star. That was a problem at one time.
Later,
Keith
Congrats. I am surprised
Willie could you check if there is a tracking number on your package? Is it the same as in the dd4 shop?
Thanks mute for the link, this will only be a future change from 18th November…we will see how that goes but I think it is necessary because 45days is way to short for the Chinese sellers. I often have to file a dispute to get additional 20days…
Never checked the tracking number cuz I figured it was bogus. I did track it after receiving and it was a real FedEx tracking number showing the delivery. I ordered a single A60 via Paypal that was also shipped on Monday but the tracking number was a deadend on FedEx. Will post when it arrives but bet it’s on the slow boat. The FedEx had to be a mistake. Maybe the Karma fairy is being kind for all of the 60+ days shipping and receiving an empty opened package BS lately.
I have bought about a total of 14 A60s and several inexpensive chargers for my friends from Aurabuy. So far they are the only seller that sent me a $60 package via EMS, the most expensive and fastest ‘free shipping’ (by a vendor) service out of China.
Agreed.
I was afraid that this may be a scam on the account of them closing their regular web site kind of out of the blue.
Sometimes others will come in and steal files and try to profit on someone’s good name.
I bought other items from them other than the A60 and always got what I ordered, sometimes wait times were quick, other times over 1 month.
So you could say standard fare for China retailer.
Never had to file a dispute and was saddened to hear of their closing.
It seems like the DD4 website is a virtual Mall of sorts with many different companies going thru their web portal.
This is probably a less expensive way for Aurabuy to liquidate remaining inventory or to just keep on selling with far less overhead.
Sorry If I made it sound like they were scammers.
Thanks,
