ALL SOLD THANKS: Still a few left--------> AA FLASHLIGHT SALE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice price. But there is a big difference between xpg vs xpg2>>> tint and brightness goes to xpg2.

tint can’t “go to xp-g2”

Tint is a matter of personal preference

Hey, that’s a great deal! Do you have one left?

Still using the one I got from OP a while back. It's a really nice light for the money.

Like I said, nice price. But xpg2 trumps in brightness. Unless of course, like tint preference, you prefer dimmer light.

Ya, I have sold about 5 or so for the black friday deal so far, and have about 25 left.

Thanks everyone for all the great feedback :)

Nice. is intl shipping price the same for more pcs?

Hi Chenko,

Sure I can do that.

Paypal sent for one. Thanks!

Payment sent, thanks for the deal.

Still a few lovelies left

Interesting light, I like the UI. Anyone stuffed an XP-L in one of these yet?

Edit: You weren’t kidding about the lock-tite, the head was a pain in the * to get apart, well worth it though.
I swapped the very thin aluminum MCPCB with a slightly modified Noctigon and a 5A1 XP-G2. Even with the warmer tint I ended up with a 16% increase in output.

Much nicer now.

Thanks.

I so want a couple or three of those to mod with neutral or hi-cri led! How did you disassemble the loc-tite-d head? What diameter PCB fits right in? Ideally I would buy some ready made noctigons just to solder the 2 wires to the board, as I have no modding experience nor time to try reflowing.

WOW! I just read specs and think this is a great deal! If I could, I’d buy two but at the moment I’m in some debt… Vesture, I’ll post here if the funds show up. Thanks for the deal

I heated the head with a hot air gun, hot enough that I couldn’t hold it for any length of time but could touch it briefly. Put it in a vise and used a large strap wrench. Made a few small marks on the head even though I had it wrapped in heavy rubber.

The original MCPCB is 16mm x roughly 1.0mm but it has a couple of cut outs, you can see what it looks like in this excellent review of the MT21A by the. Slightly different light but the same set-up.
Noctigons are a little thicker, about 1.5mm but work fine.

You could get the emitter of choice pre-mounted and just spend a little time with a file to get it to work.

One more nice thing is the MCPCB is not glued down and has a great centering ring.

Paypal sent for 2pcs! I’m sending you a PM with shipping address. Thanks for the great deal!
