I think Banggood has done pretty good at beating the prices of competitors. I specifically like the function to directly exchange points into a discount on an order. I’d like to see a system to directly contact customer service using the website. These upcoming giveaways are really nice. I’d like to see a few sets of EVVA NCR18650BDs for the third round.
For me, definitely the cooperation on the Eagle Eye X6-SE group buy. You/BG stepped up to the plate big time and ordered hundreds of them before anyone even paid. Thanks for that!

As a corollary to my first answer, it would never hurt to be more active, accessible, and accountable. While BG is a big company, I think it really helps for us to feel like we are dealing with a friend and not a large corporation.
3.which gift do you want for the third ground?
I don’t think beggars should be choosers, so i don’t feel right about telling you what to give away. I’d also rather be surprised.
1) no complaints
2) you should always ship lithium-ion batteries in plastic boxes, not loose in bubble wrap bags
3) a translator, a professional, to help make the user-designer email exchanges clearer for future group efforts
I’ve had great luck with BangGood in the past—BangGood was the only supplier who had an authentic Xiaomi 10400 mAh Power Bank.
I would like to see some improvements in customer service. While I’ve only had positive experiences, it seems that some people have had truly awful experiences.
I did not have any problems with Banggood. If there were any issues of defect they were quickly and easily handled. Of all of the usual Chinese vendors I think Banggood is the best to deal with.

Just ideas........"I" would like to see more items available in the US Banggood for faster shipping such as popular lights and quality batteries BUT we do have two good USA vendors for batteries so it is not the most important. Maybe more faster but cheaper shipping options?
Don't know still happier with Banggood than other overseas Chinese vendors :)

A gift certificate or coupon....maybe $25 or $50...to allow customer to choose what they need or want best
Have had no problems with BG. It’s time for Chinese vendors to learn something from Amazon. “processing” an order for several days, or more, is not acceptable. If you say it’s in stock, it needs to be. If it’s in stock, get it packaged and labeled the day the order comes in. Amazon has just introduced 1-hour delivery in New York City!
