I think the fact that you are a member here is one of the best things you do. At least we have, in theory, dirt access to the company.

As a corollary to my first answer, it would never hurt to be more active, accessible, and accountable. While BG is a big company, I think it really helps for us to feel like we are dealing with a friend and not a large corporation.

I don’t think beggars should be choosers, so i don’t feel right about telling you what to give away. I’d also rather be surprised.

I’ve had great luck with BangGood in the past—BangGood was the only supplier who had an authentic Xiaomi 10400 mAh Power Bank.
I would like to see some improvements in customer service. While I’ve only had positive experiences, it seems that some people have had truly awful experiences.

I did not have any problems with Banggood. If there were any issues of defect they were quickly and easily handled. Of all of the usual Chinese vendors I think Banggood is the best to deal with.

Just ideas........"I" would like to see more items available in the US Banggood for faster shipping such as popular lights and quality batteries BUT we do have two good USA vendors for batteries so it is not the most important. Maybe more faster but cheaper shipping options?
Don't know still happier with Banggood than other overseas Chinese vendors :)

A gift certificate or coupon....maybe $25 or $50...to allow customer to choose what they need or want best
Have had no problems with BG. It’s time for Chinese vendors to learn something from Amazon. “processing” an order for several days, or more, is not acceptable. If you say it’s in stock, it needs to be. If it’s in stock, get it packaged and labeled the day the order comes in. Amazon has just introduced 1-hour delivery in New York City!

-Well for me your shipping seems to be one of the fastest for my location. I also like that the priority shipping with DHL on some items is a very inexpensive upgrade. I also like how much variety is on the site… but unfortunately for my paypal account that means I’m buying more than I probable should. Also I recently had an issue with an item I ordered (defective) and it was very easy to deal with your customer service department to work towards a mutual satisfactory outcome.

-I to would like to see some more one-off type items like lights (and other items) you can’t find anywhere else like special edition, limited production run skews. Other than that, keep up the good work, continue to expand your offers especially in categories that the sales are growing.

2/ Stock. I separately ordered 2 lights. Youre estimated shipping was 7 to 25 businessdays.
8 businessdays after I ordered it, I received the first light. Perfect. 
But 7 businessdays after I ordered the second light, I got a mail (thank you) that it was temporary out of stock.
I would like to know faster (or immediately) when there’s a delay. Don’t say it’s in stock when it’s not.
