yeah too bad its junk.
led hot enough to smell on fresh alkies.
melted the screws out of the carrier and died.
it sagged badly on the “player” batteries it came with.
it died on the energizers.
it would have caught fire on a 18500.
a regulated driver might have helped.i see the constraints in the design as far as heatsinking but it would be easy to double the area of that dinky tower!
