1. I’m liking the responsiveness and resolution I’m seeing on my orders, you replaced a missing order for me without hassle, and the quality of what I have received is good, so I’m pretty happy with what you are doing so far.
2. An improvement I would have liked would have been getting that WW set of BLF lights to us before Christmas…and now hopefully before Newyears!

-I would agree that although I have only had 1 issue with a product not working properly I think a little extra protection on the shipping would go along way in the long run.
