I used the website but I won’t buy anything from them again. Too mysterious shop for me.
After reading this thread I concur with you and will also be staying away. 
I’ve also ordered from the website and never received anything.
Emailed maybe 20 emails and only got three responses.
All the responses where bull.
Unfortunately I didn’t realize until to late to do a PayPal dispute.
bought twice from them never had problem.
Yes, I’ve heard that from some lucky people. My experience with ordering using their site is bad. No response after issuing ticket, almost no response by e-mail, etc … You can read here I am not alone.
I dunno if their quality of service has changed since the last post, but I did order 2 XP-G2 R5-1As and XM-L U3-1As on Dec. 28th, arrived on Jan. 7th. The emitters came in a bubble mailer which were subsequently wrapped in bubble wrap, and then in an anti-static bag, followed by the cradle like the one in the pic.
Also ordered 4 XM-L2 U3-1As and 5 XM-L U3-1As and that order has tracking via HK Post.
I believe orders above $20+/-$0.50 will get tracking just like the eBay storefront says.

Yep, that is something I don’t like. By spending that amount you should get a tracking # or at least be able to choose one.

I’ve actually ordered from them 3 more times. Great prices, reasonable shipping time, and I love that everything is packed in a separate static bag and labeled very clearly.
Just received an order of 1 xph50 3D and 4 XPL 3A. No problems and reasonable time from HK.
I got my XP-L V6 3A & 1A order some weeks ago, very very quick to Sweden almost a record, i think it was in under 7 days, if i don’t confuse it with some other order
