which one do you prefer in DD group buy?

No votes from me till there's a 50% discount. I'm still kicking my self for missing the UH-H2 deal.

Mee too. Put the UH-H2 in the poll and watch it come alive ...

I see people voted ITP SA1, for the US members, you can get it for $37.8 @ ShiningBeam ($34.95 + $2.85). Which is under $38.99.

I have canceled my vote since these are not hot deals, except maybe the SWM. Yesterday it was told to us that the price will only be that low from 24h, today is still the same, and I can get it at that price outside of this group.

I voted for Trustfire X9 but that price is too much compared to ebay sellers.

EDIT: For non US members ITP SA1 can be found on Ebay for $39.80 . So for a groupbuy you get $0.81 discount from DD compared to the ebay seller.

looks like UltraFire UF-H2 offering was just a bait to attract our attention...

If you offer SWM C10A for about 30-35 bucks, I'm sold. C10A has good spaced 3 modes, I don't need magnetic ring for 20 bucks more.

ITP SA1 is a good semibudget light, but for that price I can buy it from everywhere. If it's R5 version, well... nah, should be lower price anyway.

Well the Fenix Deal was very nice too.. But as a company whos offering group deals should know the market prices of the "enemys".. and its a bit embarassing to offer just 1$ on some lights ;)

But it matches to the past DD practices with faked comments and aggressive advertise...

Anyways I'm very happy with me Fenix E21 from them

Well, i think we will never get agreement on this groupbuy. I will try to find some good deals and share with you here later. So just forget this group buy in September. thanks

Forgotten

Heheheh…Ditto!

I think everyone would be down for a c8 at $20. But I know it won't happen. Anyone for a group buy from that one site? Hint hint. Well This is for dino direct. We are looking for good deals. The h2 was great even though I didn't get it. But keep that up and you will get many loyal customers as long as you give better prices and more importantly better customer service. If you get tat down you will have the market.

They have an Ultrafire C8 for less than $19.

XR-E version? I’m positive he was thinking of an XM-L version akin to the KD C8 with XM-L.

Still 50% off please. Also do you have that link? If it's drivin right cool.

Thanks Summer for all the hard work. We are a hard group to please. We are cheap.

Summer, Im not sure how you could have thought that any of your prices might be attractive to anyone. Perhaps you should research how much your competition charges for the same products before compromising your credibility on the forums. At this point, its just more Dino-Dung.

Id call this a huge waste of everyone's time.

Here's the link of the Ultrafire C8 XML

50% off an already higher than MSRP retail price. It’s just an XR-E Q5 and an XP-G R5. For $6 extra you can get a proper XM-L C8 driven at 3A from KaiDomain.

A search on Dino's site came up empty for any C8 lights with an XM-L. Most of their lights are outdated and the best C8 lights out of 3 pages of them only have MC-E emitters.

Please don't blame the members here if they don't jump on board for a group buy discount that either doesn't amount to a much of a discount or is still higher in price to their usual shops. We appreciate the effort but you're just gonna have to be more aggressive. You need to bring serious savings to the table otherwise people will just wait to find good deals on their own (and they can be had all the time). Just for future reference, here is a list of the discounts compared to how much they are priced at from the leading competition (includes shipping):

ITP SA1 - 3.1% INCREASE (Shiningbeam); $39.95 for R5 version (ebay seller 100% feedback)

Palight T6 - 9.3% discount (Dino Direct - your normal price)

Sunwayman V10A - DISCOUNTED FOR EVERYONE!

Trustfire X9 - 37% INCREASE (reputable international ebay seller)

Trustfire X8 - 4.2% INCREASE (reputable international ebay seller); 9.3% discount (Manafont)

Remember, you're establishing loyal customers through these promotions while not sacrificing your bottom line. Give them something worth becoming a loyal customer over and reward them for the attention they'll bring to your company. In fact, when you botch a group buy you basically lose everything versus at least making something.

Ian just linked one above from DD with an XM-L.
