JETBeam Intellicharge i4 - Ni-MH & Li-ion

Some more photos :

It looks like my future charger

Are there any pictures available showing C or 26650 batteries on it?

It states on the back label it charges them, but I am not 100% they will fit in diameter, it looks like they might collide with the side walls that sepparate the channels.

I wonder the same.

This seems a perfect charger for those who don't have a hobby charger, or don't have chargers at all.

Waiting for the reviews.

Features:
Can charge 4 batteries simultaneously
Four independent Charging Slots can charge batteries independently
Automatically identify Li-ion batteries and Ni-MH/Ni-Cd rechargeable batteries
Have three charging modes (CC, CV and Trickle Charge)
Can automatically detect battery status and select the appropriate voltage and charge mode
3 LED displays charging progress
Stop charging automatically when it is complete
Features Anti-polarity protection
Good heat dissipation design
All chargers are certified by both ROHS and CE

I may have to buy one. We need a review. Where is old4570 when you need him? LOL!

I'm ready to throw caution to the wind and purchase. Who do I give the my money to?

Apparently this is sold only by German shops. There are about 6-7 which sell this charger.

I'm not too down for non english shops. afraid I will miss something.

I think I will wait till prices settle down and more shops have it available, and only in case I can see it finally can charge 26650/C with room enough and not using magnets, aligator clips etc.

Probably in two weeks it will also be available in the USA. Then more people will talk about about it.

doing home work !

i will have to request a test sample ...

Just sent jetbeam a email , so ????

Now that's the guy I want to review it. I hope they send you one to do so.

Whenever or whoever gets these available after a great review hopefully I want one if it is priced reasonable so let me know or shoot me a pm.

Thanks in advance.

Brad

ROFL  :D

The only thing I don't understand is why they didn't make it 18700 compatible? :~ Make it 3 mm longer. :|

So it wont accept Xtar 18700? that will be the deal breaker for me.

Hey guys stop, let the people review it first. There isn't anywhere written that it won't accept 18700.

Sorry, Hikelite, but I don't see 18700 in specs, only that.

I understand, but neither this says that http://www.dealextreme.com/p/trustfire-tr-001-multi-purpose-lithium-battery-charger-12594

nor this http://www.manafont.com/product_info.php/trustfire-multifunction-liion-battery-charger-tr003p4-110240vdc12v-p-7339?rp=091774

This 18700 has been pushed by Xtar, right on this forum, most of the companies will not recognize that as a standard.

Anyway, I also think that 18700 might have problems with this Jetbeam charger i4, but someone has to review it first.

It does not really matter if the 18700 is missing, a 18650 cell can be up to about 70 mm long when protection is mounted. As far as I know only Xtar has ever marked a cell 18700.

I hope Old is able to get one sent one to him for a full blown product review, as i am interested in getting one as well.
