Thanks, sorry, this light will be too chubby for my taste, Convoy thickness (24mm) would have been the limit for me Frown (but if the battery section could be narrowed to 22mm, this light would look much better and I'd be in, roughly like below but with a smoother transition to the narrower section of course)

I agree. Make it slimmer. A slimmer body as above would work.

slim body wont work for any trits.  only slight knurling is available. 

20mm  lens, we need 0.5mm space for it.  and 1mm for thread.  21.5mm.

2mm thickness for 1.5mm trits.   (both sides it will be 4)

21.5+4=25.5mm

So as I understand the complete flashlight has become say 2mm thicker (=17% added volume/weight) than needed to be able to add trits whre they are now. I'm sure there must be more clever ways to position trits if you really want them.
