I agree. Make it slimmer. A slimmer body as above would work.

slim body wont work for any trits. only slight knurling is available.
20mm lens, we need 0.5mm space for it. and 1mm for thread. 21.5mm.
2mm thickness for 1.5mm trits. (both sides it will be 4)
21.5+4=25.5mm
So as I understand the complete flashlight has become say 2mm thicker (=17% added volume/weight) than needed to be able to add trits whre they are now. I'm sure there must be more clever ways to position trits if you really want them.

the pill with be made from brass ? will it take 20mm led pcb or 17mm?

Not included. Trits are around $7 each. For 10 trits, $70! Trits are nice, but costly.
Hmm, I’ll have to think about it; I’m just not sure I like the design all that much. At least, probably not $50 much, although it is a steal for a Ti light!
