Yes, can you make it as stiff and strong as the first pictured clip. MAYBE a touch shorter or the same length.

I don't know about titanium but the stainless ones are around half a mm.

I do. I’ll try and measure thickness for tomorrow. If you make it similar and it fits lots of lights, I’ll get 4-5. Not sure how it will mount in your intended light though. Will it have a backing plate like the clips above? Will bolts be included?

This stainless steel clip measures .83mm. Sorry l cant help with titanium.

Just a comment, this clip is going to be similar to a McGizmo/Jetbeam/Convoy clip, no backing plate. The first 2 pictures in this thread are inaccurate. I’m still in for 2-5 now, these will be useful, just not what are shown in the first two pictures.
