FS: GITD insulation gaskets XML XPG XPE XPL XHP50 nichia

!!

MTG2 is a lot harder due to the centre size, I think the XML2/XPG2 will have to have the PET gasket on top otherwise they are quite flimsy so hard to line up, however, this means they ‘flop’ over the wires better compared to the harder plastic gaskets

I am interested also

I’ve put up the possible prices, I have bought 2 sheets of the material so far for a special offer price, I don’t know how long it will last.

Can you let me know if you are interested so I can see how much material I need to buy!

I am definitely interested for the XM and XP sizes.

I expect you will receive glowing reviews.
This is really a neat idea.

Good one :stuck_out_tongue:

Cool idea! If you plan on doing blue, let me know.

I am planning on doing blue! Just don’t have any blue material yet, it is also more expensive than green

Can it take the heat?

Dont tell me you are an MT-G2 tease

First you show me MT-G2 porn then you play hard to get!

That just looks incredible! I love it!

I did a test on my DMM with temp probe, It curled up at the sides (melting adhesive?) at 188C degrees and I kept going until 243C degrees, took it off the heat and lit it up and it still glows great! Didn’t take it any higher than that but I don’t think I need to!

It can be done but i do not have a 9mm tool for the centre, so has to be done by hand!

Maybe I will take special requests

I’d be interested , usual suspects , XML-XPL-XPG.

I may need to get some more material! :stuck_out_tongue:

The BLF Ti light with all those grooves and slots.Imagine flat GITD o rings in the base of those grooves , or “swiss roll” budget trits in the front slots  The possibilities are endless J)

Great /Excellent concept! Subscribed.

I’d want some for both xpg2 and xml2

Update:

PET gaskets:

XML2 standard 16mm
XPG2 standard 14mm

These are the only available PET gaskets, eg. If you buy a 20mm XML2 gasket it will have a 16mm gasket on top, if you buy a 16mm XPG2 it will have a 14mm gasket on top

14mm XPG and 16mm XML will be a perfect fit as they are the standard ones

For those who have used the flat PET gaskets you will know what I mean!
