“Generally the peak charge and discharge current for LiIon are a bit high ….
for normal charging I will still prefer a charger with non-pulsing CC/CV charging.”

Any hope if we wait that those problems will be improved?
Very well built, I like that it will test capacity, shows voltage, charging ma, and will test mah capacity and more, and it treats your batteries right automatically !
I know more about all my batteries than I ever had before.
Charges/tests pretty much any rechargeable battery automatically.
My Opus charger revived 6 DEAD (2.0 volt) laptop 18650’s back to powerful batteries that now hold right at 4.2 volt and 2400 mah.
Those old “dead” 18650 batteries now power my XML-T6 501b like a champ !
That’s so true. The only skeptics left are those that have not not used this charger. I own an iCharger, a Pila IBC and Xtar VP2, and while also excellent chargers, they just can’t beat the versatility, feature and ease-to-use this 4-bay, multi-mode smart charger/discharger/analyzer.
You’ve got to use one to really know what you’re missing from the other chargers. Guaranteed!
While the version 2.0 and the earlier version of the 2.1 had indeed some fan noise complaints, the latter versions of the 2.1 and the latest 2.2 has many buyers comment about NOT having a loud noise coming from the fan. Of course, if you are coming from a fan-less charger, then you will find any fan-cooled charger….no matter how quiet it is.
