Finally received order 65 days after ordering, 58 days after shipping

Were any changes made to your shipping process, as a result of this feedback?

I’m currently waiting on two orders;

Order# W1504010138458925 (Nitecore battery charger); Shipped by Sweden surface mail on 7th April.
Why is a charger shipped by surface mail through Swiss post, to Australia?

Order# W1504010125222942 (Flashlight); Shipped by China Post on 3rd April.

Both orders were placed on April 1st.

NL to Indonesia
Registered from Apr 17, status still saying “2015-04-24 14:47 Departure from outward OE”.

Thanks for your feedback, so what’s your suggestion about the shipping method.

My suggestion would be to use a carrier that doesn’t go from China to Sweden to Australia on a boat.

Whilst I’ve been waiting for these two orders, I have ordered & received several items from other sellers based in China, in 2-3 weeks.

They were carried by Singapore post.

EMS arrived in about 1 week to USA

Hungary post - still waiting for tracking number to update - seems to be a bit slower. The shipment has batteries so maybe HU post was required???

i did the group buy on the 1504…

i split my order, as i was using two codes… i used “auto” shipping on both.

1) order was 105 USD… the tracking number worked, and i had my package within a WEEK. (DHL)
2) order was 54 USD… tracking number did NOT work, took an extra week or 10 days… (Royal Mail)

overall i was very happy, and will buy something again. packages arrived undamaged.

i just didnt like the “fake” tracking number… getting a tracking number is great? but, a fake tracking number is kind of pointless.

overall? i am happy… and i will buy from you again… unless i have a bad experience in the future.

PostNL, it’s faster than any china, singapore, HK based postal shipment
Belgium Airmail Registerd, just arrived yesterday, was comparable to PostNL or even faster, but with no tracking whenever the item it’s in my country.

One order, Netherlands Post Registered was used. Two days after my order I got your email with photo of the package addressed to me, notification that is shipped that day, and the tracking number. I got it 26 days later. Very good imho!

I got 2 packages recently. One was NL, and one I paid for USPS. Both were really quick. I was very impressed, some of the best shipping from China I’ve had. Both orders were over 20 bucks.

Hi Gearbest, Can you please check on order# W1505190057146629. Ordered 19th May, still "Processing".

I paid extra for the "Australia line with tracking" to try & speed things up a little...

Also, Order# W1504010125222942 has still not arrived. It was shipped on 3rd April. I hope it arrives, as I'm running out of time until I'm forced to make the PP claim.

I wonder why the order is still showing as “Processing”?

My order number W1504071225322845, I’d checked with my local post office and it doesn’t reach me, it was my very first order with GearBest, it will be the last one for me by now, I’ve been dealing with other China vendors, unregistered packets all came to me no issue.

Inside the packet was actually a BLF GB Sunwayman C22C awhile ago for god sake, now it was gone, kaput! If any GB that with GearBest, I’m out no matter how nice the price given!

Hmm I’ve had the same issue. Ordered twice some small lights and then from a gb before the first order arrived and I don’t think I’ll receive either. :frowning:

Order placed on 19th May, using the “Australian line” shipping option, arrived today.

Highly recommend that option for AU orders.

CSgearbest, I ordered some items on June 03, 2015. Status on the website says shipped and has tracking number, but the tracking number is not valid. Tracking info says “not found”. Even on 17track.net website says “not found” when I enter the tracking number. Also, on the gearbest tracking page, there is a link to Download Invoice. When I click the link, it goes to another page which says “Failed to download please try again later”. Are these issues that you are already aware of in your system, or do you need to check my order# to see what the problem is?

hello CSgearbest ,my order : W1504060639370311 from Apr 06, 2015 21:39:36 PM , with Tracking Details >> CN14285418856255 ,i have not received the package i opened a ticket and the answer was: in order to resend the order i have to pay the 50% of the order !!!

sorry but in the checkout i didnt notice the waring “in case you will not receive the item you have to pay again”….
