Parallel 18650’s, I’m working on designing a light, so there are no specific requirements for diameter of the board, but it needs to be designed for high amps/low resistance. Good springs would be nice, but not a necessity as they will be bridged with 18ga wire.

Saabluster used a very big glass Aspheric Lens for his very first DEFT that came from a Subaru SVX ’92 Hid Headlight lens - 79mm dia, bfl 54mm is F# 0.71

Or you can find hi quality optics in those old projection tv’s for free if you know where to look, they are also big.
