By reading this i'm positive that i will not order anything from kaidomain. I suspected the were not up to the job. Chaotic webpage organisation is also a con. Dealextreme was always ok (about 8 orders so far) if anything a bit slow. Lightake seem decent too. 1 order so far and took me 21 full days to get the goods. DX takes usually 14 days from shipping confirmed.
Thanks! Fixed. Although my personal experience was that they communicated better than DX. Must have been a fluke though. Still, I personally think that DX's customer service is absolutely appalling, especially in view of the amount of customers they have.
Mine arrived in much less time than I expected (Can't remember exactly but around two weeks is what I think I can remember). Seems to cut off about 4.1V which is better for the cells' longevity but does lose you a fraction at the top end and maybe as much as 10% in runtime - Old knows more about this than me. It was on his review in CPF that I bought this charger.
I have reservations about this charger. In mine, one channel takes forever (and often doesn't) to terminate. I took it apart and it looks like it's soldered by monkeys. There's ever a very rough "patch" wire done on mine; I don't know if that's what causes the issue. Of course KD won't respond to this issue.
Go for the newer Xtar 18650 charger if don't need 10440/16340 support.
I just got a Black Cat HM-01 warm tinted AAA light from them that shipped at the beginning of the month. It's a nice light and I don't know where else it is available in that tint. Hope KD is back soon.
Finally arrived my first two orders from KD, one 8X7135 for $ 4.70 70 cents each and two 16 modes 101AK .
Order 18/11 and 19/11, shipped both 23/11 ( the envelope has stamps and date , not false shipping here ) too bad took 20 days to reach my country but that is HKP matter, usual time is 4-10 days registered being the faster...I hope the neutral XP-G R4 shipped last 13th take less time to arrive.
I have an Ultrafire P10 R5 from DX ordered 12/11 which left China on 29/11 still wondering who know where.
I've suspected for some time that the tracking numbers are issued at the time of ordering, but they don't get around to telling HK Post till they actually post the item which would account for the usual 3-5 day delay between getting a tracking number and the package appearing in the HK Post system.
I presume the HK dealers get issued with huge blocks of tracking numbers to use, and they get "ticked off" by HK Post when the packages go through their systems.
That was also my guessing. I really hoped the item was posted already but thats wishfull thinking from KD notorious history and time of the year combined. Im happy if it leaves HK this month.
