How long does it take you to ship to the US? And how long does it take you to ship out from your warehouse or store once I place my order assuming that what I order is in stock?

if the item you ordered is in our warehouse, we will send it out in two days, and we will have test and check on all items before we sent them out. And it may take one or two weeks for regular free shipping to America. But during the holiday time, the orders may be a littiel delayed, the delivery companies will begin to work on October 4th. So if you will place the orders in these days, please do not worry, we will send your items out as soon as we come back.
Happy Golden Week! I have only heard of it from one of the Persona (Japanese) video games. The Japanese celebrate Golden Week in May and the Chinese celebrate in October and January/February.

Pls note that the delay is real, but the backorders will be solved eventually. Any and Everything will be delayed, even from CNQG, Manafont etc.... The new NW DRYs won't be shipped out till Oct 4th at least, even if you put in the order 3 days ago. LOL! It's the post office there....

You can't add their $1.00 items from/within your cart and have it count. At least that's what kept me from using my last coupon..lol. Perhaps this is what's happening in your situation?

Thanks, fishmaniac. That's good to know. But, in this case, that doesn't appear to be the problem. My total is $32.07 but even if I order two of everything, I still get the same error so I'm guessing it's a problem on their end.
Well, I did some Google-fu and it turns out the coupon above is supposed to be only valid for Halloween-items. In other words, it's pretty much useless, unless you feel like betting that DD and HKP will get your order delivered within 16 days.
