A survey of flasholic's age

I knew this failing memory would come in handy sooner or later. It makes denial so much easier.

I’m too old to know everything so I just have to get by on what I’ve learnt over my 61 years…….

I was born too late to explore the earth and too early to explore space.

But right on time to witness and experience the evolution of flashlights!!

Brains of older people are slow because they know so much .

People do not decline mentally with age. It just takes them longer to recall facts because they have more information in their brains, scientists believe . Much like a computer struggles as the hard drive gets full up, so too do humans take
longer to access information, it has been suggested .

Researchers say this slowing down it is not the same as cognitive decline .

The human brain works slower in old age, said Dr. Michael Ramscar, but only because we have stored more information. Over time, the brains of older people do not get weak. On the contrary, they simply know more .

Also, older people often go to another room to get something and when they get there, they stand there wondering what they came for. It is NOT a memory problem, it is nature’s way of making older people do more exercise .

SO THERE!!

Close the door, sonny boy! You're lettin' in a draft!

60 years old and can’t remember what I voted for…

I've gone from one age group to the next since I've been here ...

Finally a survey that puts me in the top 10% :crown:

Yesterday (20 / May) was my birthday; I turned 59 years old and now I’m in my sixtieth year.
Celebrated modestly also because my wife and my three daughters were elsewhere.

Greetings to everyone.

My birthday was May 2nd, I turned 63. I still feel like I'm in my 20's

You know you are getting old when your back goes out more than you do.

Or astrological…

Buon Compleano! ,I will be 55 on Quattro Giugno.[4th of June]

I have lots of relatives in Italy. Several Cugino in Roma[Appia Antica]!,Prima Porta,Ascoli Piceno, Acquasanta,San Benedetto, Offida

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, 'Wow! What a Ride!'

Even I was a biker (last motorcycle: Moto Guzzi 850 GT in the 1986); I traveled a lot in Europe, then I met my wife, and with the family, I sold the bike, but inside I’m always a motorcyclist.
I agree with your thinking and I’ll tell you my philosophy of life; is simple: this universe is a Creation, so it is artificial, it was created / realized / built. The only “thing” true, is the conscience that has not been “created” but given by God through the symbolic “divine breath”.
At the beginning of Creation it was divided the Light from the Darkness, that (example) as if from a radio station transmitting on two different frequencies and transmit two “thoughts” slightly different. The first frequency we call “physical / material” (light); The second frequency we call Spiritual (the “darkness”, but only because we do not see).
The “dark matter” that scientists perceive, are the “darkness” of the Bible.
We live to have experience and evolve through them, there is only one Law: live and let live.

You should get another bike and spend some time tilting the world.

and Share it - my wife still rides pillion on shorter rides.
