The BLF worldwide geocache! Let's get the box round the world! BOX EN ROUTE

… umm… no you’re not. :stuck_out_tongue:

Random.org picks next recipient?

I think we’re better off sticking with the order of the list, or it might get messy! Haha, of the next person on the list isn’t avaliable just skip them, easier to keep track that way

Just kidding. I guess it’s going to Jos, I have his address. Just waiting for the last layer of epoxy to cure over the LEDs.

I want to be 18th person on the list, the box will visit Istanbul, Turkiye. between two continents (europe and asia)
International posts are first processed on european side of the city and I am on asian side.

Ok you’re on!

Thanks,

I suggest you to put country, arrival and departure dates on the list at the first message.

So, what is the latest? Haven’t heard anything in a while.

Any updates?

RBD mentioned something about in this topic a few minutes ago in post # 38 here: >> 3rd annual BLF Scratch Made light Contest - Announced!

Geocash is on it’s way(5-10 days). Tracking can only be had international usps with express mail which would have been $71, not gonna happen. :frowning: My apologies for it’s overly lenthgy stay with me. I hope the content makes it worth the time spent. I’ll enjoy watching the further adventures of GeocashBLF2015. FWIW, this gave me the opportunity to build up and test a potted TP4056 charge board with brass contacts and current output adjust for a 10180 cell(actually RMM swapped the resistor, I only did the messy parts). But it seems to work well and should be physically durable enough. The shortened blue Solitare was part of a set I modded a few years ago and should be kept together with the charger and cord. Also added is a .8 mm thick BLF Tiny10 blank driver board and a small optic.

Nice collection of flashoholic gems :-) , looking forward to receiving the box!

Bump, it should be arriving this week.

And so it did, BLF Geocache in Amsterdam, in front of my trusty test-trees more pictures to follow...

Nice to see its getting around

Plop^2, fizz^2…glad it made it.

Today being my day off from work, and my son at school, I took the BLF-geocache on a little tour around Amsterdam.
