This is very good discharge curves, the cells tracks fine and capacity do only drop slight at high load (30A is overload and do not count).
Conclusion
This is a very good high current cell.
Comparing it to the green version of the same cell it has better performance, this may be due to a improved cell, but it can also be due to age and/or storage conditions.

Are those newly purchased cells? All retailers that I know of sell green ones. Personal testing (though with a lot simpler equipment, a UNI-T DMM and a resistive load) shows that the green 25Rs are inferior compared to price-equivalent HE2/HE4 cells by LG. It’d be interesting to know what truly happens.
Fasttech sells the cyan (BLUE) one… I’ve received them like 1 year ago.
I doubt the green ones are the newer version…I think it’s the opposite… i find difficult to find the green ones online…and i think a web shop usually has a faster cycle time of restocking items than a physical retailer
and the HE2 are better for the initial less sag, later 25R are better and compensate so… overall differences are negligible, they are the best 18650 IMR cells you’ll find
1 year ago is too long ago. Ever since the start of 2015 all blue ones disappeared from the market. I have purchased 12 pieces of 25Rs at different points in time from January to late April, from either nkon.nl (that I assume has fresh stock due to workload) and a local vaping shop and they were all green.
