Yes, you have not helped the problem very much. Many people just make it worse. Many people are used to buying retail and buying local. They expect this China buying to be the same. It’s not gearbest. It’s all of the sellers. Just look back in the forums over the years and you see the same for just about every single seller that has ever been here. It’s been said over and over again. It’s old news. If you buy from China, then buyer beware. Simple as that. You may have a good experience or you may have a bad one. but Always use PayPal’s protection to make sure you get a refund. If you do not do that, then don’t berate the seller when you go past the paypal time limit.

Sorry, that is the way it is and this whole thing has been done before so many times. A little searching would have shown you many threads berating many sellers already, with no resolution to most all of the problems.

Also, many people, including me, will say how bad a seller is, but if the price is right, we all will still buy from them. That is also the way it is and always has been.

of course, I should to opened a dispute but they said me that “ok no problem, we send to you the headlamp. We are sorry for the incovenient
” so
I decided no opened a dispute for that but I waited 1 month more for this second package and time finished. I have bought online for years, specially Ebay and never I had problem. This is my first problem. I was a virgin :party:

at the german paypal you have 180 days for a dispute. check your paypal, if its the same for you

Paypa only quite recently extended their coverage from 45 days to 180 days I believe.

If he ordered last year, then this new policy might not have been active yet.

I was recently bit by this as well, when an eBay seller did not ship the product I paid for. |(

mmmm I don’t know in others countries but I now have read a new Paypal’s service. He says this:

I have had problems a couple of times with stuff missing when buying from China - but after notifying - being told to send pic - they have always solved the problem - after 30 plus 30 days or so I end up a reasonably happy customer reasoning if the price is right and time is not a concern I continue buying from China.

Normally, we can only send you the missing accessory. But regarding the mistakes and inconvenience this may have caused you.
I will apply to resend a new “UltraFire HD-16 Cree XM-L L2 2400lm LED White Bicycle Headlight” as a proof of good will. Hope you can understand and support us in the future.

I will email you tomorrow about the time when we will receive this item from factory and send this to you.

Not taking anything from the OP, but kind of suxs that the OP only registered to post his grief here. Granted that we have been informed (once again) of the problems associated with online Chinese website shopping. Kind of benefited him and hope he does stick around for more constructive posts/contribution.

I haven’t left us yet xD I published in this forum by recomendation in the same post but of the official light forum in my country “www.forolinternas.com”. At other times in this website I have read messages or full post to help me and maybe if I published my story, you will help me or good advices
(and I was right) or just I warn to you (above all news lights customers about gearbest’s CS) so Why not do it? I’m fighting alone 6 long months


but until I don’t solve my problem I won’t leave us of course. but I will never leave because I am sure that when I need help with my light (“UINFIRE B68” “SunwayMan C15A” & “Unique fire HD-016”) I must to come back (and to improve my english too)

The next month if I receive another box without flashlight, I will cry, or laugh, I’m not sure ahaha. I hate the headbands.
