New XP-L High Intensity Emitter

From cutter? How much do you think it would work out to per emitter?

hi
great product if comes to market

Cutter still don't have stock of this though they did have some in for testing.

beam rang 14 kilometer bright
is it hyperbole
i cant mind this
there is extra observe can you augment that?

Beam rang 14 kilometer bright mind not MRsDNF augment, only Cutter stock augment extra observe.

ok wow!

Again I'm lost with whats going on. The idiotic statement in my signature was copied from a flashlight spec sheet. The light itself would be lucky to light up 100 meters 14 kilometers. Who's trying to kid who. I thought it was humorous.

yeah i understood that this is not your observe

the cutter stock say that because they try to show big view of their products for more sale

sometime they tell you lies

in my land this is usual whatever many peoples be gullible

just powerful lasers can be traverse more than one kilometer one time i see

the powerful laser in laboratory that it traverse 40 kilometer very dangerous

and sturdy that i brighten so far mountain via it but powerful flashlight just brighten 100 -500 meter

i hope not be upset from my opinion

E-mail from Cutter said they hope to receive xp-l from Cree within two weeks……Oh I hate waiting :frowning:

No not upset at all. I love a good laugh and just so everyones on the same wave length the 14 kilometer beam range and a bazillion lumens was from a flashlight seller, not Cutters.

glad everything you say is right

Hmmm, I’ll let you all know how I like them  I only order like 5, but it says my order shipped. Just waiting on their arrival.

Thats not fair…:frowning:

hi

i am so glad to give your times to me

i bought some 3 watt cree led in one lighting market in my city but i don't know which model i bought

the seller not know about thats models no catalog not any manual they have just told me this is 3 watt cree led

i search all along cree.com web site but i cant find what model is that

can you tell me which model i bought

this is its picture i taken:

No LED name, no brightness bin, no color temperature.

It is a CREE XP-E LED first generation, rest of the fact will never be known, like for example the brightness bin.

thanks

i test it

it give brilliant white not cool not warm near pearl just a little like pure white

cree say 300 lumen but yet i have not any luminous tester to determine how many lumens release but so glare that my eyes got annoyance when i saw it

it produce much lumen instead chines leds ( chines have low brightness issue when i use them too much must use to give favorite issue)

never such glitter i saw like this that i can say 10 of this can brighten a middle salon

again i thank to you for guide me

Maybe you know, maybe you dont know, but and LED is not sold just with the specification "CREE"
Model nname is required (XP-E, XP-G2), Brightness bin (Q2, Q3.....R5), color temperature (5700K, 3000K) but preferably you would know the tint and know exactly for yourself what to expect (1A, 1B, 1T, 3C, 5B1)

CRI wouldn't be bad to know, depends on your intended use ( kitchen, outdoor light, basement light not all have the same importance)

Also just so you know these CREE LEDs are manufactured in China.

You have deleted your post, but read here:

http://www.cree.com/~/media/Files/Cree/LED%20Components%20and%20Modules/XLamp/Data%20and%20Binning/XLampXPBL.pdf

OK

but seller give sweat to me that this led never com form china due to much solicitation from me to them they seller just say me these led montage in south Korea but the led chip come from American Cree company they have a reference buy sheet that korea seller sign that with american signet

what is data (Q2, Q3.....R5) or (1A, 1B, 1T, 3C, 5B1)?

i never see them in cree specification web site just a little explanation in their pdfs inconspicuous
