AA Deal of the Day

@ ahirshy, that is quite odd that the orange peel wasn’t consistent all the way though the reflector. Can’t say I’ve seen that before but I will definitely keep and eye out in the future. Also I sent you a PM with details about your postage.

@ Raw74, in that case I will neither try to persuade or dissuade you from making your pockets a little less full but I did actually test one this morning and it’s pretty darn beastly…… 5000 lumens, 700 yard beam distance, 6 XM-L T6 LEDs. Where’s Tim Allen with a that odd grunting noise he used to make on Home Improvement lol? (so yeah, think i lied about not persuading) Cheers!

@ahirshy, I own a D25C Ti 2014 too (mine is mislabeled D25A, weird enough), and it was not always switching on, but just every now and then it didn't, not as often as your copy. A little tap on it solved it. I found the fault being the contact between the tail section and the battery tube, it was not fully tightened, loosen a bit and tightening again, and the problem was gone for while. But it still happens occasionally, it might be a weak spot in this light.

after reading this,I checked my D25C Ti, which had been working fine :stuck_out_tongue: My end piece was loose, so I tightened it up, and the light stopped working  If it ain’t broke DON”T fix it! Took the tailcap all apart, put it back together and it’s working fine now. Now anyway. It is a terrific light by the way, one of my favorites. It has many, many, modes …… and one of the best strobe modes I’ve ever seen.

The nitecore ec4 looks interesting but what have you heard about the nitecore ec4s?

inquiring minds want to know!

Also interested in the ec4, will flat top 18650’s work ?

Yes they work but I would recommend using button tops because they fit a little more snugly. flat tops are loose and rattle but seem to maintain the connection because the light doesn’t shut off. You can try elongating the springs with needle nose pliers for a better fit.

Just saw your review that answered my question, thanks
Nice beem shots, looks like it throws good, now I’m really tempted!

+1

it is the proper version of the tk35ue

I’m kind of curious about this, as well, because I’m really liking the MT-G2 emitter. So far, I have the Jetbeam WL-S4 (which I picked up on the “Deal of the Day”, through Andrew & Amanda), and a Fenix PD40 (purchsaed a group buy, here on BLF), both of which I like very much.

Nitecore’s P36 is definitely on my list as well. I just missed out on a killer Massdrop deal, where it was priced for $75.00 - the lowest price I’ve ever seen for this light.

Yes I love the P36, I dont know why it is not more popular, oh the burden of being a trendsetter

I have a couple of preferred changes but is there a perfect light?

OMG at that price I could always buy more, promise to tell me next time!!!

Bought Olight 2600 mh batteries from yall and was impressed by your shipping, oh and also the price was the best around. They hold up very well in my RMM Supfire M6. I would recommend them even on the shipping alone.

glad to see a US seller and quality lights at. budget prices

im looking to purchase the jetbeam c8, but the price at checkout is still $54 instead of the $35 deal of the week price. is there a code im suppose to put in?

That price is only good on July 9th. The deals are specific to each day. You’re lucky you can still do it

You can always use their "Make an offer" feature to nogotiate a great deal any time.

I'm sure they wouldn't turn down a similar offer made slightly before the after a deal date.

I've used their best offer service (works a bit like eBay) with great results, and always found A&A service to be first class.
