Here's A Great Deal On Trustfire TR-1200 With Extension Tube

ilikeflashlights people still will not belive us they will just pick holes in our post and make comments about a torch they dont own, even though there is 3 difrent people saying this torch will do 300 meters or more.

Well I say bring their best lights and for the money we will smoke em.

That last telephone pole to the left of the pool is probably well over 200yds. And if you notice I don't even have the main part of the beam on it. This light sucks. LOL!

I'll add I just went and shined my Keygos 6X Q5 led at my neighbors pool and it lights it up even more. I have stated in the past that the TR-1200 throws better than my Keygos 6 led light, but it would be close. The beam is definately smaller on the TR-1200. But the Keygos appears to be brighter.

yeppers my cheap 34 buck TR-1200 torch with cheap 10 buck batteries will throw with the best of them the TR-1200 will come close to the throw my car head lights but not enough spill to drive comfortable with the lights off at speed, my car's high beams are 55 watt + 100 watt left and 55 watt + 60 watt right we drive on the left and we have kangaroo,s so good night lights are needed where i live out in the sticks.

I hear you. Mine is a lot brighter than my car headlights even on high beam.

Hey have you got one of the Keygos 6X Q5 led light? With the extender, it is one bad sob.

no i dont i think the TR-1200 is a better choice but thats just me, but im looking at a 7 x p7 light Wink

Well I just took some photos with the Keygos 6X Q5 light. We will just have to compare them here. Give me a sec.

Here ya go. Keygos KE-7 6X Q5 110yds

And here's another zoomed in more. I like this one.

That definately looks brighter to me. That's with 3 18650's.

looks like more spill

This just in. On the the TR-1200, I just checked my tailcap reading and on 2 18700 2600MAH batteries it is 2.02 amps. With 3 Xtar batteries it is 1.204 amps.

Yes it is. But look at the brightess of the beam in the yard before the pool. Compare it to the Trustfire TR-1200. It is definately brighter.

Well I can't say that for sure.

I will re-check my TR1200 tonight, I did not measure it but I think it did not throw as much as yours, mine as far as I remember is 2A on tailcap with two batteries ( some about .8A to each led).

So, I will compare it tonight with my Yezl T9 and Trustfire X9 which are my two best throwers.

Well I will rephrase. Since I reread what you typed.

I honestly think the Keygos is a brighter light. It should be since it has 1 more led. But I also think since the Trustfire has a more concentrated beam is what makes it a tad better thrower at farther distances. But again I may be wrong.

I bought the Keygos off of ebay.

I'll add that Marshall at goinggear.com tells it like it is in his videos. I would rather watch and listen to what he states in his videos than most any others on youtube. And if you notice on the BC40 video it lights the bear up at 300yds and still hits the treeline in the background at about 350yds or so. Now for the TR-1200 to hang with that in my opinion it will surpass that yardage is saying something right there. That picture I posted above with the barn don't lie. You can't even see the barn with the human eye at that distance I took the photo from last nite when I took it. And you can clearly see that the barn is well lit up even though the picture is a little blurry. I may try to take some better pictures to nite. I just hope my TR-1200 is up to the 400yds of throw. I honestly think this light will throw out even farther. And that's no bull.

Ok I wanted to better do these lights justice on the blurry shots. So here is the Keygos KE-7 6X Q5 light at 110yds. This is a pretty good shot that is better focused. This was with 3 fully charged Xtar 18700 2600MAH batteries.

I'll take another with the Trustfire TR-1200 afterwhile. Now this shot above was with a half moon.

Ok here's a better shot with the Trustfire TR-1200 5X Q5 light at 110yds. Now it was definately darker when I took this photo than what it was with the picture directly above with the Keygos. This was with 3 fully charged Xtar 18700 2600MAH batteries. And I'm more on the pool directly with the beam too. But this will give you better focus pictures to judge the two by. I like both for sure. It also appears that I am a little more zoomed in on this photo so keep that in mind when deciding on which one is brighter.
