GearBest shipping issues survey in BLF

I ordered 4x Panasonic 18650PFs over a month ago, site says shipped in 3-5 days, when I check my order it’s just stuck on ‘processing’. This is strange since I ordered 2 of the same batteries about 6 weeks ago and they arrived (to UAE) yesterday and where shipped quickly.

They just did the same thing to me on an order for a DQG Hobi and some tritium vials. In my case they decided to ship the Hobi separately today, with no tracking. Gearbest was good in the beginning, but as I find often the case with the new sellers, as their popularly increases the quality of customer service decreases.

Yes, this is another of their stalling tactics. Happened to me recently.

I’d suggest calling PP & letting them know, or at least leaving it in the case notes.

Now my previous tickets have disappeared from their “system”. It is a “beta system” so that must be the problem, or they are sick of hearing about it. I will have to start a paypal dispute over the last order I made, they oversold some items and now want to put my money in the GearBest “wallet”. Uh, no, going back to my paypal. I am done with GearBest. I have had great service (comparatively) from BangGood, FastTech and even Kaidoman compared to these clowns… Frustrated enough to take my money elsewhere, they have lost about $200 of upcoming purchases from me.

They missed their 3 to 5 business day processing time for my order. I requested a refund. I went ahead and started a PayPal claim, looks like I will be needing it regardless of whether or not they give me my money back right now or not. Judging from well, everything I'm reading about this company, they will not be able to make the shipping deadline either.

If you don’t mind me asking; on what order amount we need to pay customs in Serbia?
I bought something from Fasttech last year and have it shipped to my home in Serbia.
It was just a test buy, order value was just above 20$ and my mother had to pay to customs in Serbia 6$ ??!! That doesn’t sound right to me.
I never paid for customs in Malaysia even on much bigger value orders so this kinda puts me off to send items to Serbia.
How’s your experience with Serbian customs?

Hi,

There is something wrong with the way your order system is calculating the threshold for free tracked shipping. I just did a test order valued at $34.21 and it showed the tracking as included for no charge.

This need to be fixed or you’ll end up with a lot of annoyed buyers when their items ship out un-tracked like my order W1506200610427210 did a few days ago!

I just bought a knife, which they did not have in stock!!! They missed the shipping time of three to five business days. I requested a refund and they started giving me the old BS about, "it will be here shortly, please be patient". So I started a paypal claim because I knew they were not going to give me my money back. So I filed a claim and guess what. they said again,!! "do you want a refund or do you want to wait"? So again, through paypal I told them to refund my money. Now, on gearbest website they message me telling me to drop my clain and they will refund my money. I'm not going to drop it. I escalated the claim and now Paypal and I are waiting for their response. They have until July 10th where paypal will rip the money out of their grimy hands and give it back to me.

These gearbest people are REAL money dirtbags. I gave them another chance to redeem themselves and they just can't do it. While they are screwing other people over here also.

Gearbest should be banned from these forums!!

Yes, I closed it because they said they could not refund my money until I did. They said the money was on paypals side and they could not refund it until I closed the case, so I closed the case.

If there is an open case, the seller may make refund at any time, the case is automatically closed.

If you close the case, you can not reopen it and you’re at the mercy of the seller.
