Like i wrote previously, i will not close the case until i get my items. Asking ID pic to verify identity could be understandable, but come on, we are in 2015? So easy to photoshop pictures isn’t it? And what’s your excuse for asking credit card info?
If everything was in stock why did you not ship everything (I know you use 3rd part logistics and multiple warehouses so you might not have all items in stock in the same warehouse) but you could still have sent from 2 warehouses in the same time frame. In your very long PM, you are trying to “bribe” me by offering me 200 reward points. But you don’t get it. I will never use your service again so why bother?
Instead of spending so much money and effort into customer service, why don’t you improve your logistics to ship faster and provide working tracking number? Could you please tell us why the first package is still untraceable on Postnord.se?
Anyway as for my case I will not close the PP dispute. You can chose, either send my items, since it will be sent registered you can prove i got delivery. Or provide me a full refund. Worst case i get it by Paypal, once the claim will be finished. But once again you will lose time and money, so why don’t you keep it simple?
