They say the items are in stock, you order, then the items are shipped out weeks apart from each otherā¦ The items were never in stock! Really frustrating. Not the first time this has happened to me.

Heres my order list and shipping time(approximate in some cases, give or take couple of days):
1)Red Convoy S2+, ordered 10.06, shipped 12.06, still in transit.
I do hope that I receive original one, not the fake one, however my order date might mean that it could be the fake one this time. We'll see!
2)4 Samsung ICR18650 - 22F ICR 2200mAh batteries and one Xiaomi 10Ah powerbank, ordered 13.06, split order due to only one battery being in stock out of four, first half(powerbank+1 battery) shipped 19.06, arrived within about 3-3.5 weeks, second part of order(3 batteries) shipped 30.06, arrived 17.07, transit time was less than 3 weeks, but together with order fullfillment it took more than a month to receive full order.
Power bank looks legit(checked it on Xiaomi website). Cant test Samsung batt's with 100% accuracy due to my hobby charger being wacky in this regard(my 3400 Pannies tested I think only slightly above 2Ah) or Im doing something wrong there :D! Dreamcharger is yet to be ordered some day.
3)Xiaomi MiBand, ordered 01.07, shipped 05.07, received 17.07, less than 3 weeks, acceptably good.
Came with faulty band, took pictures of it, will send to CSGearbest here, I have a faith in them fixing it with ease!
4)Ganzo G201H, ordered 02.07, shipped 07.07, eagerly awaiting for it :D!
Overall, given that Paypal covers my purchases with 180 day window, I have peace of mind that nothing will be wrong with my orders in the long run and I will be happy about them :)!
I had no results with my resend agreement: āSend 2usd for tracking number and weāll send a new (real) S2+.ā They insisted I CLOSE my PayPal case AFTER I had already sent the $2.00.
Finally reached agreement for $12.99usd refund plus $2.00usd tracking fee refund. Received the $12.99 this morning, still waiting for the $2.00 refund.
For me the biggest issue with GearBest is their bad habit of splitting orders into multiple shipments. I generally group items into specific orders for a specific reason, and itās very irritating when they ship stuff separately.
Banggood does the exact same thing, if you order 10 different items there is a good chance they will be splitted into at least 5 shipments. Before this sistem was implemented I could just aim to spend enough to get free tracking (20-30:money_mouth_face: and now even if you spend 200$ you will still have parts of your order that will be shipped without tracking if you do not add some $ especially for tracking numberā¦
Right, and invariably the part of the order they ship first is small and cheap, and it ships out with tracking and insurance if you chose it. But Iām wondering if the other more expensive items will also be shipped with tracking and insurance?
For Gearbest I am not realy sure, didnāt pay much attention + I usually make smaller orders with only 2-3 items or the stuff I order are similar, like different types of batteries in one order but I remember that when I ordered UF-1405 + remote switch for that flashlight (in one order) I expected tracking but got 2 shipments without tracking.
For Banggood, advantage is that they show you which items will be shipped together or from different warehouses and which shipment will have tracking or not. At this point you can also select to pay for additional tracking number for those items that do not include TN automatically. I think they made up this āwarehouseā separation of goods types just to get people to pay additional 1.6$ for TN.
Fasttech will not split order automatically but if one item is out of stock they will wait and wait and wait a bit more until you open the ticket or if you are patient enough and donāt complain if they split original order into 2 shipments they will give you tracking for both shipments even if item that was out of stock (and shipped later) is 2$ worth.
DX has that check box where you can select ādo not split my orderā or something like that but if you dont do that and your order ends up divided into 2 shipments I think only one of them will have TN (part with higher value), but I might be wrong, I rarely order from them.
I get the convoy s2+ today, but the goods which have been not as description. Not 4c tint and package unlike the photo in your web.

So far my experience with Gearbest is good, maybe I am just lucky
My order was shipped with unresistered mail(but it had to be shipped with resistered mail)
It seems that my item is missing on transporting.( 50 days over from shipping day)
I contacted to Gearbest CS.
they suggested me to refund $ 4dollar as I didnt pay insurance fee. 
I paid about $26.16 and 11.18 GB point for Sunwayman C22C

Yes you can get a full refund. Just go to your paypay, click on the transaction and open dispute.
