BLF Kronos X6/X5 GB - Group Buy now closed.

I cant even tell you ‘here’ what I did with that song…

…let’s just say it’s Great!
-Chuck

The girl on the cover actually was Sharona, and the song was written for her. She says she actually used to always dress that way, it was her normal attire, and when it made her famous she didn’t get it. lol

We now return you to the regularly scheduled program already in progress…

Well for all to enjoy, Here you Go!

Sorry that it’s OT, but it beats just saying “BUMP”, don’t ya think?

Thanks Dale for the memories,
-Chuck

I put you down for SS/Cu. Let me know if that needs to change.

All that, simply because you mis-spelled Thanks! :stuck_out_tongue:

.

Well yeah, but I did fix it:-)

What do you think guys - Let’s buy some more!

Thanks,
-Chuck

Yes Chuck please set a good example, and buy some many more....

I agreed for the position swap with iron potato (34 <>39)

Thanks for confirming; updated in the table .
I already included it in the update list for Kronos based on your PM agreement. 0:)

Kronos kindly said he’ll get round to updating those few when he can…

Thank you

Please, could I have number 99 in both lists?

Thank you

A couple things:

ToyKeeper has been added to the design team. Her firmware will be used on these lights, and her expertise is sorely needed. Welcome TK to the team!

Wight has given us his blessing on using his driver design. Woot! Thanks wight!!!

Sample hosts are mostly complete! We should see samples shipping to the team, hopefully within the next few weeks! Manker is FAST!!! I will try to get some pics out as soon as available.

Cheers,
kronos
(Updated in OP)

Great!! Can’t wait for the photos! !!!

The Photos can’t wait to be seen…

Shame on that big, bad camera! Attacking that poor little defenseless flashlight! :open_mouth:

Oh My... .Dale has been bitten by the Wallbuys craze.... you know, those Rubiks cubes!

sorry, can`t see any flashlights, just an old camera, dusty strobes, and a wooden tripod.

****now taking cover before dale reads this message****

Dale, I`m HERE!!!!

Now I`m HERE!!!

NO, behind you!

bannggggg... OUCH!

I’ll have you know that’s an original Rubik’s cube! Been around for many many years (and never solved, :P)

My tripod is disguised as wood, it’s really zirconiumcarbonitride-fiberbamboo-alloynium.

(stealth ninja’s deployed)

Aluminum

73. Richnpc Al NW.

Could I please change this to CW

Origional 1D, or 1DS? Also nice slide plate.

1DsMkII full frame sensor. Really Right Stuff quick release bracket, macro focusing rail, flash bracket, and tripod ball head. Tripod is a Slik carbon fiber. 100mm Macro Hybrid IS lens.

One thing I like about the older 1DsMkII is that it’s dedicated to photo’s, no live view no video whatsoever, just excellent clean files at 16.7MP that rivaled medium format when it first came out. Just because a few years has taken camera’s in a new direction doesn’t mean this old camera doesn’t take fantastic pictures, because it does! Back in it’s day’s of glory, it was Canon’s most expensive camera, costing more new than even todays top offerings. (I got it used with a new shutter, and have since replaced that shutter twice. Thousands upon thousands of beautiful pictures.

Usually, these days, I use a 20D with the macro lens, or a 60mm EF-S macro, for the flashlight pictures. Plenty big enough and sharp enough without being overkill.
