GearBest shipping issues survey in BLF

Banggood does the exact same thing, if you order 10 different items there is a good chance they will be splitted into at least 5 shipments. Before this sistem was implemented I could just aim to spend enough to get free tracking (20-30:money_mouth_face: and now even if you spend 200$ you will still have parts of your order that will be shipped without tracking if you do not add some $ especially for tracking number…

Right, and invariably the part of the order they ship first is small and cheap, and it ships out with tracking and insurance if you chose it. But I’m wondering if the other more expensive items will also be shipped with tracking and insurance?

For Gearbest I am not realy sure, didn’t pay much attention + I usually make smaller orders with only 2-3 items or the stuff I order are similar, like different types of batteries in one order but I remember that when I ordered UF-1405 + remote switch for that flashlight (in one order) I expected tracking but got 2 shipments without tracking.

For Banggood, advantage is that they show you which items will be shipped together or from different warehouses and which shipment will have tracking or not. At this point you can also select to pay for additional tracking number for those items that do not include TN automatically. I think they made up this “warehouse” separation of goods types just to get people to pay additional 1.6$ for TN.

Fasttech will not split order automatically but if one item is out of stock they will wait and wait and wait a bit more until you open the ticket or if you are patient enough and don’t complain if they split original order into 2 shipments they will give you tracking for both shipments even if item that was out of stock (and shipped later) is 2$ worth.

DX has that check box where you can select “do not split my order” or something like that but if you dont do that and your order ends up divided into 2 shipments I think only one of them will have TN (part with higher value), but I might be wrong, I rarely order from them.

I get the convoy s2+ today, but the goods which have been not as description. Not 4c tint and package unlike the photo in your web.

my order march 29 just got lost and got store credit.
my other two orders jun 8 and jun 27, both has not received yet.
First one is china post.
Second one is sweden post.
Both unregistered.

HK post is the fastest one for my country.

Please use the shipping addresses that Paypal gives you, for the order.

Will someone tell me why for 3 days, Gearbest has been arguing with me about using the addresses that Paypal gives them?

So far my experience with Gearbest is good, maybe I am just lucky

My order was shipped with unresistered mail(but it had to be shipped with resistered mail)
It seems that my item is missing on transporting.( 50 days over from shipping day)

I contacted to Gearbest CS.
they suggested me to refund $ 4dollar as I didnt pay insurance fee. :frowning:
I paid about $26.16 and 11.18 GB point for Sunwayman C22C
In this case, Could I get full refund from paypal.?
I dont have much experience of dispute in paypal.

Yes you can get a full refund. Just go to your paypay, click on the transaction and open dispute.

They change word often. And the CS team try to make me confused.
I can’t trust them.

They are OK you just have to be clear and firm with them. If you are not happy, tell them you will open a PayPal dispute, then if you get nowhere do it.

First issue:
I am very very very very annoyed at the moment. While I can put up with your basically useless CS, I DO NOT accept that my ticket is automatically closed without me having any input. so please go tell that little w*er called “BESS” to act in a better way.
The ticket number was T15081002781.

Second issue:
T15080501876 - Issue: Paid for tracking and normal postage sent.
You shipped my order in 2 batches. Contacted CS for it and was informed that it was due to splitting of orders (as you didnot have them). Fine. Today the second part was shipped and NO F*ing tracking was provided.
Sorry but that $2 bucks is an insta paypal claim tonight.

Third issue:
If my 3 ganzos do not turn up until the 45 day mark, know that I will will be really pissed and will launch a paypal dispute to get my money back.

It can be done.
I do not know how, but yesterday I received a GB order placed on 25 July.
It had the free tracking included with >$40 orders.
The package was tagged ‘e-packet’ (did not know this was available for Canada.)

On the other hand…I also received yesterday a small GB order, un-tracked, placed on 29 June.

2 paypal claims issued wrt 3 GANZO multi tools I bought. On day 44 and 43 respectively. Postman came and delivered some cells I bought from ebay. No ganzo yet…Sigh.

WHY ON EARTH DID YOU GO THROUGH SWEDEN POST UNREGISTERED. Even China unregistered crappiest shipping would have been received well before this deadline.

Oh well….

My order cancelled,my used coupon is not reactivated.
Gbest reply:
“We have checked that the coupon just can use one time and you have applied to use it in the order,it have lost effectiveness,after the order cancel,the system is unable to return it to you.”
