BLF Kronos X6/X5 GB - Group Buy now closed.

One would think!

I posted this message at CPF about the BLF-348 group buy that BLF member _the_ is putting together. Got not a single reply. The only response you will find there is a bump from me!

Perhaps the BLF X6-SE v2, the BLF Manker A6, or the BLF LuckySun D80-SE would be more enticing.

Ok,

I just bumped your BLF-348 thread.

Thanks,
-Chuck

please sign me up for a SS/Cu WW

These have a metal switch on the rear?

You're the man! Thank you.

You didn't just bump, you asked a kind of tricky question. Hopefully, I have it covered.

WOW. I am in love. I may need two sets. I would LOVE a Cu version in 18650 size one day

So would I. Is there any chance this could happen?

.

I fixed it:-)

Sorry for the OT, guys.

Thanks again,
-Chuck

Dale, the samples looks amazing!!

Awesome pics, my light Im about to go walking with is looking mighty bland now….

Nope, we don’t have any suitable boost drivers. However, you could get or make a boost driver and swap it out.

With an AA battery, the light won’t even turn on. That’s not enough voltage to power up the driver, much less the LED.

With a 14500 cell, it should be able to pump out as much light as the cell can handle. I’m not sure how much this will be, but I’d guess about 1000 lumens with a decent cell.

I’ve been busy as of late, and have not seen this thread before. Please Krono, put me down for 1 SS/Cu set in NW and 1 Al set in NW. That little copper K6 looks sooooo bitchen!! Wouldn’t mind getting a few more of those little gems if they were sold individually.

Please put me down for 1 SS/Cu set in NW and 1 Al set in NW

Wow, how have I missed this thread for so long! I’ve always liked the round head of the X6.

1x SS/Cu NW
1x AL NW

Hm, I'm picturing the copper finned section in the black ano aluminium light and vice versa

Will all dimensions be the same for copper/ss and aluminium? Can we lego?

That is the plan. You should be able to mix and match

That is the plan.

This GB is pure genius. Heck, put me down for a second SS/Cu set in NW please.

My GF keeps telling me I don’t need any more flashlights…

Never mind, time to think about christmas(for myself), +one SS/Cu set in NW
for me please!
Edit: 5A tint would be preferred. But anything 3+A/D will be fine, 80+ CRI would be awesome,
B/C sometimes gives greenish tints.

thanks for the time you all put in there.

Another question for the 14500 version: is it going to have one of the common (Omten) switches?

I ask this because I have several small diameter lights with switches that carry the current through the internal switch spring (which adds to the resistance and the spring dies from too much current)
