BG hangs big time, with a message at the bottom of Firefox saying, “Waiting for XXXXXX.ru…”
It’s probably blocked at work, but I don’t see why the entire page isn’t hosted on their server. I haven’t checked the HTML yet, and I’m on my tablet right now
edit - mc.yandex.ru is some sort of metrics counter, and the other one is some kind of social media site. I noticed that BG also offloads on to googleusercontent.com. Either way, I get about half the lag at GB, and no lag at FT. I would probably get no lag from any of them if I were in a less restrictive location.
