All sold out: ReyLight Custom,Lumintop Tool AAA Copper. (Driver available)

I’m interested. As is.

I would like one of those

I’m fairly certain I can lego the head of this light with my old ITP A3 and make it a twisty. I know the tool’s head can, so it should work as a twisty with this light too right?

Would be cool to just choose a clicky/twisty like that whenever I want.

Also, when would we be able to know what modes/runtimes would look like?

Any news? I would like to spend my money in a pair of that little copper tool, although the price were higher than in the first post.

I would be in for a set of these. I really like the looks as it is. It would be a star in my limited collection.

Lumintop rep came to our office yesterday. Nichia 219BT-V1 is available from Hank, which will increase the cost of 1$. 26.88$-30.88$ @ 200pcs-500pcs. (BLF+CPF)

Modes should be: Moon-Low-High. 0.5%-20%-100%.

Perfect. Where do we order?

Will start the production soon. The driver changing might take some time. Will public my paypal address then.

Do you know approximately the lumen levels. That’s really great Rey! No low frequency pwm right?

I think about 100 lumens, not so sure, because Nichia is less efficient than XPG2.

Stock Tool AAA uses the CC driver, copper will do too.

so no Nichia 219C?

Can’t do 4 level right? .5-3-20-100?

Sorry, there isn't any source of 219C.

Modes, just leave it for now. No biggie, most people will like it,and some will accept it too. Otherwise, there will be endless discussion.

Is a good price for 200 or for 500 pcs.
I like 2 modes,3 modes, 4 modes,…I like L/M/H or M/H/L……I do not care, I like it, it is a good and exclusively flashlight….
I want to buy one unit…. this year!!!

Let the waiting begin

I think the spacing between moonlight and low would be better than how it is now. It reminds me of the thrunite type levels that annoy people a bit. That said, the L-M-H and nice low are appreciated!

How about a poll?

0.5-20-100%

0.5-3-20-100%

Edit: Poll thread here.

I’m in.
It’s perfect for me as is!

These modes would be perfect for me :-)

Two concerns: 1) will the PWM frequency a bit higher than the stock Tool? 2) will a 0.5% PWM-generated mode be stable with this led? : I know that going lower than 2% has caused trouble before, but that was also PWM-frequency dependent if I remember well (I'm not an expert).

I think Tool AAA uses a constant current driver? not PWM controlled.
