Test/Review of Ikea AAA

Ikea AAA

Official specifications:

  • 1.5 Volt Alkaline Batteries

Ikea sells a lot of stuff including batteries, here I test their Alkaline AAA.

As usual the capacity varies with load.

Conclusion

Ikea do not publish any specifications for their batteries, but the performance looks to be good.

HKJ,

Many Thanks for all the testing you do, you’re our Testing Guru Guy.

How many times do we read a member say “I’ll wait until HKJ has tested it”?

I’ve certainly saved BIG $ in the past avoiding the unworthy, and buying the ones O.K’d by you.

So just a quick “Thank You” for all your efforts from a relative Newbie (Long Time Lurker).

S-L

I currently am using Ikea’s Rechargeable A.A.s. They seem to be a rebadged version of Sanyo Eneloops.

I saw that the NiMH A.A.s come in 1,000 or 2450 mAh during my last visit to Ikea.

Thanks for all your contributions :+1:
