A quick heads up on recent dealing I had with Banggood.
I discovered Banggood a little over a year ago, since then I have purchased stuff worth over $2000 from them.
Last month, after reading the replies to a thread on BLF by a member who was asking about the most convenient bicycle light holder, I went ahead and bought four Fenix ALB-10 Bike Flashlight Mounts AF02 from banggood, one for myself and three I was hoping to give to my grandchildren as Christmas presents.
The order total value, including shipping was ÂŁ36.36 ($55).
What I received from Banggood was four Olight X-WM02 NEW Generation Magnetic Weapon Mounts, that cannot be used as bicycle light holders.
After exchanging several emails with Banggood over a period of a week, which were replied to by several Banggood staff members, Banggood has decided to give me a whopping %20 discount on the items they sent me, which I have not ordered and have no need or use for.
Banggood also had the audacity to suggest in their email to me that I should sell the items they sent by mistake on Ebay, to re-coop my losses.
I do fully understand that mistakes can and do happen, and wrong items are occasionally sent out, what I can never understand is this cowboy attitude that forces the buyer to pay for the mistakes of sellers like Banggood, by not sending to their ccustomers what was ordered and paid for, and for forcing their customers to become unwilling resellers for them.
Banggood you should be ashamed of yourselves.
Ordered two Thorfire flashlights from Banggood. Paid for a tracking number. It took only 7 days to reach Chicago. Not bad. The big question is: Can the USPS get the flashlights to me in less than 7 days ? I am only a few hundred miles from Chicago. A few orders have taken 10 plus days to travel the few hundred miles. Time will tell.
Just checked. I opted for standard shipping from Banggood for an additional $1.30 per order. I placed two separate orders for the flashlights. $ well spent.
EDIT/UPDATE: Banggood issued me a full refund, no questions asked. 
Hi guys, I donât mean to double/triple post, but I thought I should post here just to document my current situation.
I bought 4 Meco lights from Banggood that were advertised at Cree XML. But they sent me lights with LatticeBright Leds as confirmed on the âFAKE CREEâ thread. Hopefully this gets solved properly. I donât want to file a Paypal dispute before giving Banggood a fair chance to solve this.
Actually I noticed on my last incoming package it stayed at the international airport 8 days. Thatâs not USPSâs fault, our customs agents were probably just running behind on checking packages.

I received my second BLF A6 couple days ago, and I am very disappointed. First I thought it is DOA, then I discover that there is mechanical problem with tailcap. It is machined too deep and there is no contact with body when its screwed to the end.
So decided to send massage to BG CSservice about this, not once but third time with no answer from anyone ???
I really love buying at BG and never have bad experience like this !

Weird. Similar thing happened to me. I Ordered a bike mount. Waited 2 weeks for shipping and ended up with a weapon mount. I was offered $5 refund (yeah right) and refused. I was considering a replacement but no stock till Dec 8th. No more waiting for me so I asked for a refund. It came a day or two later. Not ideal but far from the worst Iâve seen.

We checked, it is Ivyâs personal behavior, because get more positive review, she can get more salary.
I already told my boss, he will punish her and state to the CS wonât do this any more.

Wait. Who set up that system?
You offer one employee more pay for more positive reviews?
What could that employee have done for you?
Fix your quality control process?
Fix your warehouse packing process?
Check your suppliers for you?
Setting up an incentive like that and then punishing the employee misses the point.
Itâs probably not even illegal in some countries to secretly pay for positive reviews â thatâs a USA Federal Trade Commission rule, not a worldwide rule.
Your problems arenât just that one pay-for-reviews offer â which is still being done in variations
Your problems are the real problems people have been telling you about.

this is some CS salary scheme, you know we will send email to customer for review, more positive review,they can get some another salary
but we don't let CS to buy positive review. the review should be honest
âScapegoatâ. Nothing will not happen to Ivy. They got found out for their game, put it on the âbackâ of a rogue employee for the public to see they are a honest company. Everybody is happy. Nobody gets âhurtâ.

Which is why Iâve a Cart and Wish List that have been sitting around for ages now, as the last person that promised me something and didnât deliver upon it, didnât get a sale.
Funnily enough Banggood didnât get the sale either!
So it doesnât just affect the CSR yet the company too.
Neal, please ensure thereâs not just scapegoats, yet Management take accountability serious enough, that they will step in to resolve issues in a positive manner.
Even if that means they have to take a loss leader sale for the sake of good will, in the long term, it maintains Banggood holds a positive name in the community.
Itâs all too easy to do a Google search for bad reviews of a company these days for the bosses to ignore this.
Bought a xaomi powerbank on the 22nd of november, shipped , untracked, on the 24th and here by the 30th. A total thumbs up,what more can i say, keep up the good work! :bigsmile:
