I still don't understand what registered mail does for me over here since I can't seem to do anything about it either way. They can show me it shipped on their website, but that doesn't mean it's guaranteed to get here on time. There could still be an error, like your MF order. The only difference seems to be whether I know it's the vendor or HK Post that screwed up.

No, actually you are supposed to track it on HK Post or 4px website, or for CPAM it's that int183.com website. Like i can see that Hank already sent out my 2 packages and they left China on 26th (Shadow JM05) and 29th (Spolite AL06/26650). HKPost/China Post websites are accurate. China Post can vary from 1 week to 3 weeks for me as well (1 package from Bestinone.net took nearly 27 days to get here, but another one took like 10 days, it varies). Singpost is very fast, i noticed that O-like lasers HK use that as well. You will notice that Singpost / Airpak Express label on the top right corner, and a certain Kaki Bukit Road return address (that's a local address here)....not sure what that means.
Can't be low current, the cells are at 4.15V and are Sanyo 2600 unprotected (better current delivery than the XTAR 2600s). I have Panasonic 3100 unpro, don't think it will make any diff. Besides it is 2 cells and in series.
I can't do any current measurements. The stuff is non-magnetic also, so no magnets.
45 seconds - 58.2 lux. 5 mins mark - 57.7 lux. 9 mins mark 57.4. 2.4% drop after 9 mins at 29 deg C ambient zero windspeed. Very very little drop in output, stunning performance. Most probably driven to low 2A mark. No issue doing 1hr in highest.
Put it this way, it is 20% down in output as compared to the UF-980L in a reflected ceiling bounce with the 980L driven to way past 3A. You'd be hard pressed to notice that in real life.
Now pull in the DRY CW in Turbo, now we are talking.
So the cell config is 2 cells in series? I thought it was in parallel.

Depends on your budget, whether you are affected by PWM and thirst for HA? For me I just might use this light very often due to the good ergonomics and pretty light weight (don't care about the looks), still pocketable. And because it's going to be in the pocket/banged around, after 6 months HA or no HA it's going to be about the same in looks aka used look. The HA is not Surefire or Elzetta/Malkoff, those will last much better.
The only thing that is going to still look perfect in really hard use needs to be like tegimented steel for eg on Sinn timepieces. (~ 1500 vickers)
i think someone should compare this clone side by side with tk35 to get a better picture.

This clone, absolutely none in low. Beautiful tint. Shame on the PWM, if it were 500Hz like the Ultrafire U-80 it would have been great. If its 1.7kHz like the UF-2100 then it'd have been perfect.
The UF-H3 is also about 130-150Hz though.

Is the genuine battery carrier for the fenix tk35 available for sale? If so, tk35 clone + fenix battery carrier = less than fenix tk35?
You could end up with a nice tint tk35 clone with decent driver if the batt carrier is reasonable money.
Not sure if both are compatible with one another. Do you know 2100?
Fenix will not sell spare parts without a valid serial number. Standard, as nobody will not take care of themselves first.
