TK35 Clone $ 38,00 at cnqualitygoods

:D

:)

Is the genuine battery carrier for the fenix tk35 available for sale? If so, tk35 clone + fenix battery carrier = less than fenix tk35?
You could end up with a nice tint tk35 clone with decent driver if the batt carrier is reasonable money.

Not sure if both are compatible with one another. Do you know 2100?

Fenix will not sell spare parts without a valid serial number. Standard, as nobody will not take care of themselves first. Smile

BTW, that looks like 20mm star right? Where can i get T6 or T5 NW LEDs? (3, 4 or 5xx tints are ok)

I only know illumination supply. KD has a WW 20mm star though for 10 bucks.

WTF - it costs $23 bucks shipped!

It's time for Ric to show up with an offer! It took sweet time to finally get a tk35 clone.

Ric seems to have some: http://www.cnqualitygoods.com/goods.php?id=1302

Just add one to your next order from CNQG

Ok purchased NW 3C star. This light is worth it.

You believe the spec of 130k cd from Fenix on the TK70 bro? Smile You can check out the table i posted above. BTW, my figures are OTF.

Anyway, i guess it's not a spec per se, it's just straight from Fenix. Like if you buy a copy watch, would you believe the spec? (it's a bit different for flashlights, but the concept is there).

Cheaper by $2.50! KD could be fast could be slow....something like DX. But well if you are not in a hurry to play....it's alright.

Edit - actually cheaper by about 5.50 bucks because KD includes registered air mail for orders over what...25?

So basically this item doesn’t have the fenix output. I am expecting like 800lumens
I think if you change the driver, it can compete with tk35 one on one …

Yep, another "unfortunate" point for some i guess. There are few lights (same emitter/40mm reflector form factor) which i know of gets you over 800L OTF though. Not even the U80/980L. I don't have the TK35, so i can't give you relative readings. The 980L with 3.8A at the tail (maybe slightly lower with the switch) gives me about 66-67 lux reflected ceiling bounce and dives below 60 after 1 minute. This one is about 54-55 and holds there for a crazy 9 mins (and is able to sustain max output mode for over 1 hr - note i have done this 3X already once in 30 deg C heat not unlike your location in Padang/Indonesia and twice in 23 deg air-con environment). The T40CS gives me 79 lux. Even the FF STL-V2 gives me 72.

RRT-2 XM-L is 39.8L / rated 468 OTF (ANSI), it is 45 lux on my meter. TK70 is 218-220 reflected, rated 2200 OTF (ANSI).

Just some info from my experience. I don't 100% do manufacturer specs, but i do use it as an avenue for information....nothing more/nothing less.

Come with a holster???

Yeah, comes with an Ultrafire holster. Quite nice...somewhat hard cover for the flap. Don't think KD gives you one.

Also note that Ric usually stands by his pdts. He will not answer funny questions like if the lens is AR coated, if the coating is HA, what's the runtime, if this TK35 comes with a holster and stuff like that. Even if i ask him that he will not answer (you think that i get Super VIP preferential treatment, nope...think again).

But if your bezel is nicked, driver is faulty, lens is cracked, battery carrier is chipped, bezel is scratched replacement is instantly sent, no questions asked. (And these are true stories). Try getting a replacement driver, spare black silicone cap, replacement bezel coz it was scratched from other vendors.

Even for Manafont i had quite a bit of difficulty! It's not their fault though, i understand. (but it's also not mine man!)

Here in padang is hotter…
54lux… Is it the same as ultrafire C8?
I am very tempting with this clone, but my concern now is only the output…

BTW, the hidden SOS/Strobe modes, you need to double click on the mode button. And the Strobe is also Fenix style, ie alternating 10Hz and 20Hz. Same as my TK70.
